Quality in food and drinks, hospitality in atmosphere and the value of what Starbucks used to be has drastically gone down, it has literally become the equal to what you'd expect from visiting a McDonald's, only it isn't expected so when you randomly walk into a bucks that's not near home and you get poor treatment, you can almost relive it while taking a sip of your poorly made frappe. Workers treat you as if your an inconvenience, the more you add to your drink even tho your being charged for it, they have a attitude while inputting it to the order, you can see and feel this as your ordering, I used to visit the smaller coffee houses locally thinking of Starbucks as a much higher end business but now the tides have shifted you get a much better much friendlier welcome for your buck in just about any coffee shop then you will at bucks, I'd like to suggest the coffee elite in firecrest, you'll see what I mean

Erica was so awesome! She was really sweet and very helpful on making a decision for a drink. She even gave me a small sample to see if I would like it and I did. It's crazy how fast a line forms there, but it was surprising how she was so positive about it.

The two girls working on 8.26 at 9am couldn’t make a drink that Starbucks has advertised on their website as part of the new fall drink menu. Then made me feel like I ordered it wrong.

Prices are extremely high for medicore coffee. Couldnt believe that my drink was over $7! I pay $3.25 for that same drink at my local coffee hut, and its so much richer in flavor than what starbucks serves. Next time I'll go without when in that area.
