My daughter order her usual drink online but somehow went wrong, we got there and as soon as she tried/tasted it, knew that it was not the usual, we say this to the guy there (sorry but don’t remember the name) and he was super nice and understanding and made a new one for my daughter. No questions just an exceptional service is what we got!

A cozy place with a great atmosphere. I sometimes stop by here when passing through. The staff are polite and pleasant. The coffee is delicious, as always. I can recommend it for a visit.

Wish I would of got his name but had a very nice patient younger male that was amazing even my kids said mom he was so nice! It was tuesday night around 7:10 pm
Drive through is horrible when it comes too customer service you cant take 100$ for 40$ worth of coffee, okay will ill go to gravity then., lost me as a customer

One of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. They treat their customers terribly, and there’s a long, long waiting time without even a single customer in line.

My sister and I were dropped off here while the husbands went and ran an errand. We ordered our drinks and also were wanting a water (it’s 80 degrees out). We got our drinks and a few minutes after I went back to up ask for our water. I was greeted by “do you need something” with an attitude attached to it. I then said “yeah we also ordered a water” she then grabbed the ticket that was ignored, and grabbed a tall cup filled it with water, saw the ticket said venti and took it off of the cup so that way she wasn’t at fault. This experience is why I no longer come to Starbucks. This company and the employees lack customer service skills. Don’t come here if you want to be respected. - coming from a barista of a local stand
We got our order, but after a crazy long waiting time. They prioritized everybody else, and most of all the drive through. Too loud music too.

I have to say I was excited to try a salted caramel mocha Frappuccino but dang was that disgusting. My drink and also been sitting for a while already done but not put out at the mobile order station so I waited unnecessarily. And also ordered a pastry online and they had to refund it to me because they didn't actually have it.

This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks locations simply because the employees are the best! Always have a smile waiting for me when I walk in the door and always make my drinks to perfection

I usually have great experiences at this Starbucks, but I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit on 7/26 at 3:13 PM. My husband and I placed a mobile order just a few minutes before arriving. We understand that doesn’t give much time, and we weren’t expecting the drink to be ready right away.
When we got to the window, I was polite and didn’t express any frustration. However, the barista said, “For future reference, you should give us extra time to work on your drink before showing up,” in a very rude tone. I understood the message, but the way it was delivered felt uncalled for and unprofessional.
What really made the interaction uncomfortable was how she kept giving me death stares while we waited for the drink to be made. I hadn’t said anything rude or acted upset, so it felt unnecessary and honestly made the experience feel hostile.
I know working in customer service can be stressful, and I truly wasn’t trying to make anyone’s job harder, but a little kindness and grace can really go a long way.

Rude. Wouldn't let me use the restroom really quick whenever there was literally NO ONE else in the whole store. Said I had to buy something first which I know is NOT company policy. Simply cold hearted.
