Got a sub par drink down the street and thank goodness these guys are open a half hour longer. Made my lavender sweet cream cold brew perfectly! The two guys working made my night and everyone on the highway that I’m paving tonight because it started out right! Wish I had gotten names so I could shout out personally. This store rocks.

Always a winner ?They take care of you.Works for me.2024 update this is the only Starbucks that's up and running at a very early morning without any nonsense. The other Starbucks within 10 miles of this Starbucks are not open and not fully functional. If they are open they're out of stuff or they don't have it prepared.Once again thank you for doing your job.

Just got a coffee from here have not been here for some time was my go to Starbucks but moved stopped in and there are a few people still working there as when I started coming here there are to girls that work there so nice friendly and you to know who you are keep up the good work ohh it's the morning staff see you all

Thank you for NOT letting my potty training 3 year old use the bathroom. While out running errands my toddler had a potty training emergency and had to go. I walked into Starbucks in search of a restroom. Myself and one other customer were the only ones in the lobby. I understand that other people have messed up the bathroom privileges for the rest of us, but you would think a mom trying to find a decent bathroom for her child would be an exception. I was told no and directed to the store down the street and when I replied "Thanks, hope he makes it there" the response from the counter was a condescending "yeah me too" I ended up going to another business nearby who despite having a "no public restroom" sign, allowed my toddler to use the restroom avoiding a potty training mishap. I'm glad he didn't have an accident on your lobby floor as that would have been both bad for his potty confidence and your work flow. If you are a parent of a potty training child or an expecting mom go ahead and take Starbucks off your list of places that might let you use their bathroom.

Ignores "walk ins". No seating while your waiting. Locked bathroom and since you are ignored, you can't use it to wash your hands. No view, the windows if there were any are covered permanently. Don't stop here expecting any service, courtesy or comfort.

The person who helped me was very nice and explained the 50% off deal going on right now and what I had to do. Great coffee, although, I did wat something with peppermint and they were out.

The staff are great. Product is fine. But the recent remodel should go down as one of the worst ideas ever. They turned a large inviting store with plenty of seating into a box that shoves coffee out of a window. Not a single table or chair to be seen. And near a college campus to boot.Starbucks has made it abundantly clear they want you to give them your money and leave.Proof that “third place” is finally dead.
