I didn’t even end up buying anything. Neither did the other people in line. Instead, the baristas just went about cleaning and doing other things never made eye contact with us or even said hello. By the way, this is a small location inside of a Safeway so to not even look at the person is difficult because they’re probably only 4 feet away from you. This is also not the first time this had happened. This is probably about the third time this has happened to me at this location.

Drive thru can be pretty backed up but this location is popular. So, it’s always busy.The gal working the drive thru was very sweet & my caramel macchiato was made perfectly.

I came to change this cause at the Safeway Starbucks, most time's are great super friendly service, but there is one lady in the morning who just is never happy and always seems to give me rude service which makes it hard to want to come here. She wanted to argue with me on what I ordered when I said it multiple times no ice and said I didn't say that...like just remove the ice. Not a big deal the way you make it seem like it's the biggest inconvenience. Stop working morning shifts if you don't wanna do the job.

Charged .22 to .25 cents more than other Starbuck stores... nickles and dimes add up.. .25 x 1000 people a day walk thru there. That is $250 a day ripped off of customers. Plus or minus amount of people. $250 time 30 days is $7500 wow... just for inflating .25 an drink... what a rip off. Safeway starbucks spanaway..

There were flies everywhere.dirty seats, crumbs on the floor. 20 min wait. Ordered a white chocolate mocha with 4 pumps of caramel and still wasn’t sweet. The cashier complaining that “everyone wants to come in right now” and she was clearly annoyed. Want ever come back to that Starbucks! Corporate needs to show up because it’s was So dirty.

A very nice place to meet and drink coffee. Baristas were super friendly and were team oriented. A bit cold inside however.
