The people there are the best Starbucks workers I have ever interacted with, the food and drinks are amazing but pricey. And if they mess up your order they give you the messed up drink for free and make the drink you ordered.

Horrible customer service from Ari.My order was done and on the counter waiting to be bagged. A lady asked Ari to bag the order as it is all done, and the customer is waiting. ARI said, "Just let them wait. I am busy." I waited 6 more mins. There's nothing still. So I asked Ari if she could bag my order, and she said I am stocking for future customers, so I will be a minute. It's ready. Wait, it's already over 10 mins. Thank goodness Andrew took active and bagged it for me and apologized. Why make my food and drink if you'll ain't gonna bag it and just let it sit. Make it make sense, Ari ?♀️

This is literally the worst Starbucks if you are having bad day, and thought you would get a pick me up from THIS Starbucks specifically your day will only get worse EVERY. TIME. I can count 7 times I remember (the last 7 times) it was horrible. Some not all but most of their staff is so incredibly rude (if you hate your job quit.) they ALWAYS make your drink wrong and then have an attitude.And I’m not exaggerating I took my drink to my table realized it was wrong and the girl served it as samples and made me a new one, like ma’am that drink left your sight and you gave it to customers ?!?! Gross . Anyways the Starbucks on Pearl is great and they rarely mess up your drink and have the SWEETEST staff. Just drive the 4 minutes

Filthy and disgusting. A once vibrant store is now a total disaster. Olympia Coffee across the street is a better experience. Cleaner, friendlier and full of life.
The experience I had at this Starbucks yesterday was shameful! The girl that made my drink didn't put a lid on it while others were around my uncovered drink. When I asked about it she stated "it's a food Hazzard for them to cover my drink" While she didn't realize I was in line ordering my food when she recognized the lady BEHIND me and already made her drink AND COVERED IT. I also pointed out there was a pickup other sitting there COVERED. Nobody in there apologied. Tried to fix the issue or anything. Only when she seemed annoyed she stated I can make it over, It was extremely disrespectful!!! It was very clear the difference between me and the other customers. I will never go to this one again!!
