Common courtesies are out the window. I stood for more than 5 minutes while the barista prepared another order, which was not a problem but the whole time not so much as an acknowledgement, "I'll be right with you", no eye glances in my direction just intentionally ignoring me. It was so disrespectful and unnecessary.

I used to love going through this drive-thru Starbucks as there was always smiling Baristas that were attentive to your questions and did not have attitudes. But today Thursday June 27th was by no means a happy experience for me.
I don't feel that the Barista that helped me was truly listening to me and she never smiled.
I was trying to tell her that I have to go slow with my arms to take the drinks from her because I was in a accident recently and I have to go slow. Instead of listening to me of what I said she said oh I wasn't going to throw your drinks to you. LOL I obviously knew that.
This woman should never be a barista. And even after I was trying to explain again she didn't listen.
All of the other Starbucks I go to they're always so friendly and I've been going for years and they all know me no one ever has talked to me like that everyone's friendly they smile and they make your experience wonderful. The worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks or any coffee placeðŸ˜

The barista was super nice and just a joy to chat to. Wish I got her name but she has red hair and made a delicious coffee for myself and my family.Super bummed there is a no tipping policy because we would have LOVED to tip her - she clearly goes above and beyond.

The 3 star review is because I was really disappointed to find out that their manager doesn't allow tipping. This isn't a corporate policy because I've been able to tip at every other Starbucks I've been to. My barista Autumn was absolutely lovely and made me a fabulous drink and it made me very sad that I couldn't tip her. This policy should definitely change.
They forgot the coffee in my coffee. Straight up. We asked for a dirty chai and iced white mocha and neither of them had actual espresso or any type of coffee in it. Avoid

Said closed at 9 and I’m there at 8:38 and they are closed what a joke
The guy was very friendly, but the girl yesterday was in such a rush she apparently did not hear the part where I ordered an alternative milk.Thought at first I wasn’t tasting it correctly, went to see the cup label and there was none. About 20 minutes later I was feeling it, and that confirmed what I thought, she used regular milk. Faster doesn’t mean better, and one day someone with a severe allergy will come through and you will be in serious trouble.
