Very unsatisfied usually come here once a day for my lunch for a coffee , for that one time that I wanted to just grab water they denied me a cup of water without a purchase but sure enough they’re quick on wanting for us to leave them a tip if not, they won’t grab our Debit card I do believe you don’t deny a glass of water to anybody .
if I read it I would put zero stars.
Normally don’t like to leave reviews, but this was really ridiculous.

Yesterday 12/30/24 around 130pm I placed an order on the Starbucks app intending to pick it up at this location. But when I arrived they said they didn't have an order under my name and I realized I had accidentally sent it to a different location near my house over 30 minutes away. I was just on lunch break and not able to drive to the other location. So I just ordered it again. I was annoyed and mad at myself because I messed up and didn't feel right calling the other location or trying to get a refund since it was my error. This kind of mistake always feels bad. Wasted money. So I pulled up to the window with my app out ready to pay again but the Barista at the window at this location whose name I very much regret not getting said it was OK and I didn't need to pay again in this situation and gave me my drink. 🥹 That immediately made me feel better while I was kicking myself for my mistake. This experience solidified my loyalty to Starbucks and especially this location. I appreciated that grace you gave me in this situation. Thank you for an excellent customer service experience.

The wait was a bit long but the batista acknowledged it and apologized. The pumpkin cream Chai is absolutely delicious as well as the pumpkin cream cheese muffin. Definitely will go again in the futur

I Bought a drink and lemon Loaf here . According to Ray the Hot drinks don’t come with sleeves anymore, so My hot drink was so Hot it spilled outside her window. And she wonder why I was upset. I’m upset because Ray and her coworkers like to stand there laugh at me while I wanted to get my hot drink and lemon loaf due to I needed to ask for a sleeve when it’s hot. But the other customers that were there didn’t ask for a sleeve but they got 1? So I won’t be coming here anymore, this is twice they did this. Ray needs training and the whole staff here and stop making it personal hangouts for the staff. If corporate gets this these staff needs training asap.
