When the Starbucks first opened, it was a quick In-N-Out. I’ve now been sitting in line for 30 minutes. Waiting to get my order. Not to mention the other 15 cars which are doing the same. Unimpressed!

There's no way for you to know this but I have just been diagnosed with cancer and your act of kindness this morning brought me to tears. Very unsatisfied usually come here once a day for my lunch for a coffee , for that one time that I wanted to just grab water they denied me a cup of water without a purchase but sure enough they’re quick on wanting for us to leave them a tip if not, they won’t grab our Debit card I do believe you don’t deny a glass of water to anybody .
if I read it I would put zero stars.
Normally don’t like to leave reviews, but this was really ridiculous.

Yesterday 12/30/24 around 130pm I placed an order on the Starbucks app intending to pick it up at this location. But when I arrived they said they didn't have an order under my name and I realized I had accidentally sent it to a different location near my house over 30 minutes away. I was just on lunch break and not able to drive to the other location. So I just ordered it again. I was annoyed and mad at myself because I messed up and didn't feel right calling the other location or trying to get a refund since it was my error. This kind of mistake always feels bad. Wasted money. So I pulled up to the window with my app out ready to pay again but the Barista at the window at this location whose name I very much regret not getting said it was OK and I didn't need to pay again in this situation and gave me my drink. 🥹 That immediately made me feel better while I was kicking myself for my mistake. This experience solidified my loyalty to Starbucks and especially this location. I appreciated that grace you gave me in this situation. Thank you for an excellent customer service experience.
