I usually don't go to Starbucks in grocery stores because of the rules with using/reloading Starbucks cards and rewards but enjoy this Starbucks location. Although there's a Starbucks one block away on Proctor, this location gets busy at times but the wait time isn't too bad, compared to a stand alone store. Having been here a few times since moving to the area, I've always had great service - especially the manager Justina. She ensures that your order is made correctly, just how you like and ask. This recent visit I order a venti - with half green tea Frappuccino (extra matcha), half strawberries and cream Frappuccino (add strawberry purée) and strawberry cold foam, all with half the amount of syrup they normally put... it tasted perfectly!

Philip is amazing. I had to get help with a carry out today and had my very cranky toddler. He was very patient and kind about the situation.
Unfortunately he wasn’t allowed to accept a tip for all his help. Bummer..

This review is specifically for Kayla, I came in with a friend around 11 am today and she was amazing. It was just her running the show and she made our drinks in a good time and they both tasted amazing. She was so sweet and I'd definitely recommend that location to friends and family because of her!! Thank you Kayla

I usually don't like Starbucks so I don't know the menu. Kayla was very patient and helped me with my order. After asking me a few questions about what I like, I let her make me whatever. I don't know what it was but it was delicious!
