We’ve been coming to Big Foot Java for a while, but today’s experience was terrible. My wife ordered her drink with cream and whipped cream, repeated it twice, and they still got it wrong. When she mentioned it, the barista—a white woman with brown-blonde hair—rudely said, “You gotta ask for that,” then took a deep breath and made a comment to her coworker while looking back at us. Extremely unprofessional.
When she brought the corrected drink, she slammed it on the counter without a word. We also asked for a pup cup and tipped, but never received it. The environment felt messy—I even saw her wipe a cup then set it down on the same dirty spot.
This is the first time we’ve ever been treated this way here. Really disappointing. Won't come back

The lady with the reddish orange hair, first she gave my wife the wrong smoothie than gave me my coffee cold, when I told her she said the drip is not fresh so I gave it back to her. I had to look cause I thought she was just putting it in the microwave but thankfully she didn't and made me a new one but when she gave it back to me the lid wasn't even on and so it spilled on my hand burning me, than she had the audacity to say careful it's hot after it was spilled on my hand. Wow big foot...... just wow..... not going back

Great place however the prices like everywhere else has risen .. The once 6.00 (5+shots) 32 oz is now anywhere from 11. To 17.00 depending on your blends of choice. White coffee , whipped cream, extra shots, type of milk like products, adding protein powder, blended milk shake etc .. peace oyt ✌️🫅

Drove up, one car at each window. Car in front got his drink then they proceeded to chit chat for quit a while. My wife walked up to window and asked if we should go to other window when the barrista said rudely that they were almost done. They continued to talk . We were going to go to other window when we noticed same thing going on there. Finally car put it in drive to leave when he slipped the barrista what looked like was pills. Pulled up to window where she tried to act sweet and we noticed the other side was still just talking. Talk about horrible service.

Honestly wish i could put 0 stars. I also wish i knew the girls name that served us but all i know is she had red dyed hair. Horrible customer service and our drinks tasted nothing like what we asked for. The drinks were so bad we just tossed them out. It’s not hard to make a basic chai, and mocha. She was also super impatient and had a bunch of attitude. I’m tired of people having bad customer service. If being around people isn’t your thing, find a different job please.
