Service is ok but they are soooooo inconsistent. You can order the same drink different times and get a completely different drink each time. Pretty frustrating when I get a drink I liked in the past and go back a different week and it’s gross and tastes completely different . There needs to be more consistency with the recipes or something.

I just want to give out a BIG shoutout to CAT at this location today. She is the sweetest person and she knows how to treat customers. I came to get a 16oz free from my app today for customer appreciation and it stated I used mine..I was like OMG I didn’t I just registered my card after 4 years of having it. She went above and beyond after another stated “ they couldn’t do anything about it”. Thank you CAT and I will returning to this location only because of the kindness she showed!!!

Worst bigfoot java I have experienced in a long time. The wait was outrageous just for Cat to take cars at the END of the line and disregard everyone else. Why would you go to the end of the line bring their drinks out and let them leave when there’s 3-4 cars ahead of them. What’s the point of waiting in line if the baristas are just going to pick and choose who they take? She finally came up to my window and took my order her whole mood was off compared to how she was helping everyone else. The blatant disrespect was insane. After waiting about 30 minutes I got my drink and it wasn’t even made correctly. Why is there 5 employees in the stand if none of them can do their jobs correctly. Will not be back

We had the displeasure of running into more of these anti humans who think customer service is a bad disease. The taller girl talked to us like she was chewing through leather. I asked her if I did something to make her angry. She said no. She just is a horrible host. Far to many businesses are hiring bitter employees that makes any value of going back not worth the trio

We’ve been coming to Big Foot Java for a while, but today’s experience was terrible. My wife ordered her drink with cream and whipped cream, repeated it twice, and they still got it wrong. When she mentioned it, the barista—a white woman with brown-blonde hair—rudely said, “You gotta ask for that,” then took a deep breath and made a comment to her coworker while looking back at us. Extremely unprofessional.

When she brought the corrected drink, she slammed it on the counter without a word. We also asked for a pup cup and tipped, but never received it. The environment felt messy—I even saw her wipe a cup then set it down on the same dirty spot.

This is the first time we’ve ever been treated this way here. Really disappointing. Won't come back
