*The atmosphere was only a “2” because the radio was BLARING, making it hard to hear and VERY annoying! The staff has been told not to adjust it. There was no music, just ads the whole time I was ordering. Which was at least 20 minutes as there was only one person working at 2 in the afternoon. *The older woman who was working did a fantastic job—great sandwiches and customer service. Kept apologizing for the wait although it wasn’t her fault and out of her control! *Whoever is the Manager needs to do a better job of providing adequate number of staff AND needs to empower the staff to manage the sound system! (Or better yet, get rid of it).

This place isn’t terrible, I’ve gotten some brown lettuce, some little things here and there, but I can overlook most things. My most recent order I specifically asked for my sandwich to not be toasted because I wanted to save it for tomorrow (I was buying 3 sandwiches total) I ordered on the app and chose not toasted for my sandwich and then additionally added a note for it to not be toasted. It was still toasted so today when I go to eat it, it’s not edible because the bread just crushes to crumbs as soon as I try to take a bite it’s too hard and everything falls. Needless to say I can’t eat my sandwich that cost $15.

I went to Subway to go get food with my mother and we go in and my mom wanted to order so the guy asked her what she was going to get but then he said I’m doing this order hold up I’ll take your order after he was not trying to say it in a bad way, but he was moody And we were waiting for him to finish the DoorDash order or Uber eats order and while he was making the order, he asked my mom to pass him some chips when it’s his job to get the chips not my mom’s There this happened last night around eight I will never be coming back here because of the bad service

Ordered food online and when I showed up at 8 pm they had a hand written note on the door that said closed. Still charged and won’t give a refund and staff member was very rude on the phone. Do not go to this subway!!!
