Micheal needs to wear a hair net. They are so slow on the weekends and lie about still having nachos. I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that there were no nachos after waiting. It was horrible. Michael was not there, that day. Still his sweat and dander was a serious factor not to come back!

This is my neighborhood Subway and usually everything is great. Today my experience was less than optimal. The soda fountain is gone and the feeling was we were keeping the young lady from her phone call. Actually she kept the call open and on speaker while continuing to apologize to her friend for having to wait on customers. While we sat and ate, she kept talking loudly with her friend, still on speaker. What a joke! I had my 3 young grandchildren with me and was not happy.

I’ve ordered twice in the past week both times my sandwich was messed up. The first time it looked like they just decided not to put my toppings on it. I ordered delivery today, I ordered and they didn’t have my bread so they decided what I would like/want. When I called the employee was very unprofessional handed my call off to his co worker, then his co worker told me to call his boss instead of them doing it themselves.( I had his number due to the first mess up) when I called Bill he told me he would void my order and to keep the sandwich cause I am trying to get free food. I have pics and receipt for both orders. The employee told me they don’t have my number to call to let me know that they didn’t have my bread. Funny it’s on my receipt that came on the bag. Bill also told me I am not allowed to order on the subway app and do delivery anymore. Like what? Very rude unprofessional. The first picture is of the first sandwich other picture of today’s sandwich. Both times I was willing to bring the sandwich back so I’m unsure of how you can get the impression I am trying to get free food

Ordered online showed up and said could not find order refused to just make the sandwich even when showing him order on phone and charge to my account said to go to credit card company. Additionally he seemed confused whenever I was talking to him as his English was limited.

Haven't had an online order turn out correctly once. At this point I think I'd try ordering something you don't want because the likelihood of you getting what you do is higher than just ordering it directly.

Really bummed to have half an hour until closing, with the open sign on only to arrive with the door locked and the employee yell across from the back WE’RE CLOSED to me outside. This location has truly gone down hill.
