I debated about making this complaint,I didn't want to get anyone in trouble and I did call and talked to the manager about my issue,this is not the first time and I'm sure it has happened before,first off I understand a horrible morning, afternoon or evening,but that is no excuse to give customers a attitude, I did nothing wrong but go there before 930/10 and ordered some subs one was made and I told her I decided to get another one and she had a attitude because I NEED TO TELL HER THIS BEFORE then she proceeded to have a attitude and slam the cabinet and toast door shut,this has happened before with the same employee usually on weekends the last time before today when I come in was 4/19/25 (same employee and attitude) I love this place and don't want to have to go to another one because this employee doesn't understand great customer service,but unfortunately until this employee is gone I'll be going to Pearl Street 😔 which is rather far from me . Please can someone do something about her ?!!!!!

Horrible customer service and was told in a rude tone that there was 5 people taking orders at 7:48 and refused service. Explains why Subway isn’t getting any business bc they keep hiring rude employees.

Not only does Cameron not only not know how to make a sandwich and charge correctly, he can’t even do simple math . Without realizing it he charged me for a footlong cold cut sub when I only got a 6in . He was also very much rushing me in fact his co worker around 4 pm told him to slow down and stop rushing me . He charged me 12.07 I handed him a 20 and was getting ready to hand him home 7 cents When he told me he couldn’t take the seven cents because he already put $20 into the computer. I told him it was very easy that instead of giving me back eight dollars and some change he could give me 8.00 back. He refused . Never handed me a receipt or anything Except the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from this Subway. I just called him this evening at 7:20 and asked how much a 6 inch cost and it was apparently three dollars and something less than a foot-long I told him that he charged me 12.07 He admitted that that was for a foot-long even though all I got was a 6 inch. I asked to speak to his manager he said he didn’t have any. He also said there was nobody else on duty except himself. He was extremely rude to me and as a regular customer, this is somebody you don’t need representing your business in any way shape or form.

They've raised some metal barrier so that you can't see your food being made anymore. Thats like a hibachi restaurant putting up a barrier between the table and the flat top.

I had a great experience last Thursday at this location. So refreshing compared to my negative experience at another location. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The floor, the tables, the seats, the food and condiments. And then the customer service was GREAT!!! Zyana and Avery, both greeted me as soon as I entered. I was even asked how my day had been. The customer service and cleanliness alone will bring me back. Not to mention that the sandwiches tasted the best that I've had from Subway in years.

Sir Le Land provided me and my family with the best service one could possibly experience. I didn’t except to cry tears of joy when I came in to get my foot long roast beef today, but leeland has that sort of influence on people. Couldn’t have asked for better sub boy. I did have a suspicious movement in the restroom soon after my visit, but lew land made it worth it.

Extremely rude customer service. I came in at 8:15 and the door was locked (tgey open at 8). The employee noticed me by the door and after a few minutes unlocked the door. Instead of greeting me she said, "yeah?" "You here for pick up?" - she went on with a negative attitude which made me just leave.

My fiance and I normally come here all the time. But today, there was a guy and girl working. The guy started making my sandwich wrong. He put enough meat on both of our sandwiches for a 6in and we got 12in. Example, I got steak, and he put one scoop on the whole 12in. And he put 4 slices of turkey on a 12in. And the girl working (i believe is the manager) had her kids running around and grabbing bags of chips to eat in the lobby. Im very disappointed. Won't be coming here again. A waste of money, when I should have gotten 6in. But paided for 12in.
