Today, I had the worst experience at any subway I have ever visited. I placed a delivery ordered through the Subway App and my order was never delivered. Subway used Door dash to make the delivery therefore I contacted Door dash for support. I was told to contact the store because I ordered through their app. They did not help me over the phone so I visited the store and I was told by Zach, an hourly worker that he nor his manager could help me. I asked to speak to his manager, but he told me No, and with an attitude. I continued to treat him with respect and he choose not to treat me the same. Zach also quoted the store's policy, but refused to show it to me and he insisted that I write him a bad review. He was So Unnecessarily Aggressive with a woman who was smiling at him the entire time. I even asked him to lighten up and he refused. The lesson I learned today is to never order delivery through the subway app and as of today I will be deleting the app and filing a formal complaint. Lastly, I asked Zach to never quote a policy that you can't produce.

The young lady behind the counter gave us the best service we've had in a very long time! I ordered the Philly Cheesteak foot long. She asked if I would like the onions and peppers toasted with the bread - great idea! She listened when I said my husband and I were going to share the sandwich. He wanted pepperchinies; she asked if I wanted them, too. She was just thoroughly nice!! It is now 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 3. We just left, so you managers should be able to figure out her name. Please reward this lovely lady!! Thank you!!

There was sauce all over the counter. One of the servers removed a loose hair she saw hanging off her glasses directly over the food! The other server was constantly sniffling her nose right at the food counter (maybe wear a mask when at work). This place needs an overhaul!!!

Recently at a conference nearby, we ordered 4 sandwiches through the Subway app. All orders were in by 10:40 for a 11:30 pickup. When we arrived to pickup our orders, they claimed to not have them all. They did. It took another 45 minutes for them to make our 4 sandwiches. They continued making other orders, even when we were standing right in front of them.
Beyond bad service at the store, I made a complaint online and the response I got from Ashley was "At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation."
Obviously didn't even read the complaint. The sandwiches are good, but too expensive and not worth the issues.
The servers were very rude by talking to each other while prepairing my orders. They were really nice, helpful and both attentive to previous customer who were ahead of me and both hand to hand, but as soon as it was my turn, they didn't care at all. I ask myself, is this because of my skin color or what?

I didn’t get to get the girls name from today but I had an online order and went in and although she had a long day herself she was still super friendly and made our food great! She deserves an extra day off or some extra money on her next check. she really went above and beyond, especially being the only one working and having an inspection the same day! she looked stressed but she definitely made our experience great!! thank you!!!
