I went in with a super weird request. I wanted a cup of Chipotle sauce. The man at the counter was going to just give it to me for free. I forced him to charge me so I could tip him. He was very kind and friendly! Didn't get any good but I do love me some subway.

We only went there because they accepted our coupon, where most subways do not take their own coupons. For a family of 4, it's very expensive otherwise. Placed online order for pickup. Greeted kindly, but our sandwiches had so much mayonnaise & mustard that we had to wash off all the vegetables & scrape the bread just to enjoy our meal. We won't go back. Called and informed them. 🙏
Parking: Depending on the time of day parking is somewhat challenging. Lots of homeless camping on sidewalks & begging near the road. Not the safest of area at night.
Sandwich was fine I guess... but there's a bunch of junkies around. Guy who made my food had a attitude because I wanted a custom sandwich instead of something on the menu. Like don't be rude to me because you need have to do your job...

First off they got new owners. With that being said the menu has been changed took off some great sandwiches. And switch your meat one for thee other they will charge you extra. And being that their English is not so well if it’s not on the menu double check it.

Google says they close at 930 pm well I hot there at 8:57pm and they closed I saw the employee in their car leaving. If you guys close b4 930pm you need to fix the time on here. I was super craving a sub. Honestly I wanted Jimmy Jon's but not close to were I live so subway will do. Not!!! Had to go to Wendy's instead.

We ordered a buy one get one and the one we paid for was absolutely disgusting they put everything we didn't ask for on our sandwich I tried to give this location a chance and they let me down waste of money won't eat hear ever again I should have read the reviews before because they have nothing positive to say at all management needs to be called asap we would like a refund
Vegetarian options: It was the worst sandwich I have ever had not sure what's so hard about a vegi sandwich but management needs to be involved ASAP

Who ever is working on Saturday around 1:15 pm is completely incapable of getting a order right. Sandwiches were both toasted but weren't supposed to be plus no cheese on Sandwiches toppings were mixed up between both sandwiches.COMPLETE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!

Sandwich was good but this business isn't being ran by professionals . I can't be mad at the staff cause their just doing their jobs but to close the lobby at 7pm is kinda stupid. Seeing most people eating here are getting something quick to eat on lunch . Not bringing home a soggy sandwich for the family . Especially during the summer time it should be open later period . Cmon ppl let's do better . The lobby was open when I came in , kid said to me lobby is closed after sitting and opening my sandwich. I said really ? I can't eat my food and he said not if you're going to make a mess ! . Like cmon let's not assume people are going to be messy SMH

Found a long hair in my sandwich. Seen it right when i unwrapped it. Disgusting. Also called to complain, the guy on the phone hung up immediately. If you hate your job, quit. Stop making the rest of us paying customers suffer.

I ordered food on the subway app from their store said order ready I drove all the way from the freeway to this location because I selected the wrong 72nd Street store when I get here 15-year-old kid that looks about away 15 decided to tell me that my order is not at the store and I was like no no it is let me go get my phone he goes okay and then he locks the door to the store and says they're closing at 9:08 all of a sudden so I was forced to pay for these two sandwiches that I never got to pick up but marked them is ready and didn't even care to do his job at all and now I was just pacing back and forth in the store well he basically kills time.Oh it's better I just watched him Pocket cash from the register and then print off receipts and take the points for Subway

Came in with the intent to order and use my gift card but I had to use the restroom first after driving for an hour. Immediately as I walked in “You have to order a 6 inch before you can use the bathroom. Are you serious? Customer services is immediately trash and need to use better judgement

Even after buy sandwiches, then could not use restroom, was told no use when dark.Go next door to Hot Teriyaki, more friendly and better place to get food and you are able to use bathroom, whether you buy or not.
