We ordered a buy one get one and the one we paid for was absolutely disgusting they put everything we didn't ask for on our sandwich I tried to give this location a chance and they let me down waste of money won't eat hear ever again I should have read the reviews before because they have nothing positive to say at all management needs to be called asap we would like a refundVegetarian options: It was the worst sandwich I have ever had not sure what's so hard about a vegi sandwich but management needs to be involved ASAP

Who ever is working on Saturday around 1:15 pm is completely incapable of getting a order right. Sandwiches were both toasted but weren't supposed to be plus no cheese on Sandwiches toppings were mixed up between both sandwiches.COMPLETE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!

Sandwich was good but this business isn't being ran by professionals . I can't be mad at the staff cause their just doing their jobs but to close the lobby at 7pm is kinda stupid. Seeing most people eating here are getting something quick to eat on lunch . Not bringing home a soggy sandwich for the family . Especially during the summer time it should be open later period . Cmon ppl let's do better . The lobby was open when I came in , kid said to me lobby is closed after sitting and opening my sandwich. I said really ? I can't eat my food and he said not if you're going to make a mess ! . Like cmon let's not assume people are going to be messy SMH

Found a long hair in my sandwich. Seen it right when i unwrapped it. Disgusting. Also called to complain, the guy on the phone hung up immediately. If you hate your job, quit. Stop making the rest of us paying customers suffer.

Words cannot even describe how different this subway is than any other one I have EVER been to. The staff is amazing with best customer service but they actual care how they make your sandwich they take the time to build it correctly every time. It absolutely shocked me to find out how little people really tip these KIDS that work their asses off to make an amazing sandwich people honestly should be ashamed I get times are tough but it's just as tough for them and people not tipping doesn't help them and makes them start hating their jobs little bit of kindness goes a long way

I ordered food on the subway app from their store said order ready I drove all the way from the freeway to this location because I selected the wrong 72nd Street store when I get here 15-year-old kid that looks about away 15 decided to tell me that my order is not at the store and I was like no no it is let me go get my phone he goes okay and then he locks the door to the store and says they're closing at 9:08 all of a sudden so I was forced to pay for these two sandwiches that I never got to pick up but marked them is ready and didn't even care to do his job at all and now I was just pacing back and forth in the store well he basically kills time.Oh it's better I just watched him Pocket cash from the register and then print off receipts and take the points for Subway

Came in with the intent to order and use my gift card but I had to use the restroom first after driving for an hour. Immediately as I walked in “You have to order a 6 inch before you can use the bathroom. Are you serious? Customer services is immediately trash and need to use better judgement

Even after buy sandwiches, then could not use restroom, was told no use when dark.Go next door to Hot Teriyaki, more friendly and better place to get food and you are able to use bathroom, whether you buy or not. The quality has gone way up here and I wanted to let them know. Honestly, we had stopped going for awhile but recent coupon deals allowed us to try them again. The meats, veggies and condiments are all super fresh. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. The average regular price for a footlong is about $14 but I am more than willing to pay that for a quality sandwich and experience. I frequent other sandwich shops and deli's (MSM Deli, Go Philly, Jersey Mike's, Metropolitan Market, Oliver's in Milton, BBQ Pete's, heck, even the Carnegie Deli in NY, etc.) so I do know a good sandwich when I get one. I am not buying all the hate and negativity that people are giving around here. Some people are just happy being that way. If they keep up the food quality and customer service we will be back to being regulars. Today I got the Supreme Meats for $5.99 just for ordering with their app. It was ready and CBS waiting for me right when I walked in (about ten minutes). I highly recommend them.

I haven't been to subway in a while sent to Jersey Mike's open..... and I realized why I stopped coming here I got a spicy Italian at first there was nothing wrong until we got to the toppings and I asked for mayonnaise this man put one line of mayonnaise on my sandwich. When I asked for more he seemed upset. The whole time I was trying to look through the glass to make sure the vegetables were OKay but I couldn't see through the sticker blurring it. Come to find out when I got home the banana peppers look old as well as the pickles. if you come here, check the vegetables and ask if they refilled their sauces.

Came in here this evening (8/22/22) and waited for 10 minutes in the lobby for someone to come acknowledge me. I heard and could see a women and man messing around and joking in the back with no regards that they have a job and people would liked to be helped when walking into a restaurant.
