Amazing service and friendly workers. The dining room has a clean layout and the staff there make you feel right at home. I usually don’t like subway but even the food at this location was good and fresh. I would rate the whole experience 6 starts if u could. This Subway should be the standard for all other Subways nationwide. Impeccable customer service. Great job Northshore Subway.

This has been the Subway I have visited whenever I order Subway since they first opened in the area. The employees here are either friendly or professional and I haven't had any issues here yet. They also do their best to make orders in a timely manner. In the most recent visit on Wednesday, the worker who was working at 2:02 was extremely hard working as he was taking a very picky and difficult order as the man ordering was asking for things a very specific way but the employee was not only ensuring that the sandwich was being made exactly the way he wanted but also very friendly was so sweet. He apologized and appreciated us for waiting and got to making our sandwich and asked us about our day and told my boyfriend who was on his lunch break to not work too hard.

The inside here is very nice and spacious. Although it looks like the room with the fire place is closed off, not sure if you have to ask for it to be opened or if it is just locked from now on.

The sandwiches were made perfect even when we got home and you can tell that the employee ensured that it would have good presentation and not be soggy. I appreciate that so much as often times Subway sandwiches can get soggy on the way back to home or work. I will admit that there was some spinach that had some discoloration but other than that this is a solid Subway.

I came in here with my family and got the turkey Titan and they gave me 6 pieces of turkey for a foot long turkey Titan. I called and talked to the owner and he said come in and I will replace it, whenever you want and stated that I was welcome whenever I wanted to come back and so I go in to get my sandwich replaced and the same Lady that made my sandwich was there and said…she didn’t know anything and that she would not replace the sandwich. Be careful…this place is a scam. If you pay Attention they will not allow you to see how much protein goes into your sandwich, it’s covered. The veggies are uncovered. Will never go back. But everyone be aware. Go somewhere else.

There has been substantially less meat and ingredients on the sandwiches. We order almost every week, and this is way less than normal. Not sure what has changed but I think we'll be going to a different location.

This use to be my go-to place for lunch for over 5 years. The employee who opened the store was very accommodating, and very pleasant. Now there are two new employees who open the store. They are rude! They are also late opening. The sign on the door, and website says they open at 7am. No they don't. They open at 8am. Oh, I'm sorry, they open when the new employees decide to show up. They can be anywhere from 1 to 3 hours late. Additionally, the rest room is not stocked with paper products. How unsanitary! I've also noticed the store in general is not as clean as it use to be. Needless to say, they lost my business. I must not forget the price. I ordered a salad, it was $15, just for the salad and a small bottle of orange juice. I can buy 10 salads from a local grocery store for that. However, I liked the variety of vegetables, but detest the rudeness and being ripped off.

I ordered online 20 minutes in advance and when I go to pick it up I have to wait in line for another 10 minutes to get my sandwich that got cold from sitting there so long. They need to start putting the mobile orders on the order shelf so people can grab and go, not behind the counter forcing you to wait. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering online.

Ordered a BLTA for dinner . The most vile disgusting sandwich I've ever had! I would have gotten a better sandwich out of a vending machine.2 undercooked pieces of bacon. 2 shriveled up small slices of tomatoes and the avocado was smeared on the side of the sandwich and the bread was old and hard. Oh and they forgot the mayo. We get subway at least 3 times and month usually we go in and order
I suppose this is what I get for ordering online.i will never ever go back to this subway and probably won't go to subway period. I'll get a vending machine sandwich before I get another subway sandwich.

It's a Subway and they're pretty standard and in this case, that's a good thing. If you like Subway then you won't be disappointed. Dining area was clean. Workers were friendly.
