I and at least 3 other customers were turned away. I can only guess the line was too long or something for the employee to handle because they stated they were only processing online orders, even though he was taking the order of a family in front of him.
He seemed overwhelmed but it was overall bad service and probably staffing issues. As im writing this in my car in front of the store, i’m seeing more customers come in and then immediately get turned around to leave. It’s 4pm in the afternoon by the way.
I usually never have any issues at this location. Today I was just a little bummed that the register didn't accept the coupon I wanted to use. I used a coupon with the same deal at that same location last week.
They only keep 1 employee working per shift, but they work hard and are always kind. Be patient.
This one is so expensive! I love Subway in general though.
Used to be incredible. But as of late anytime we attempt to place an order they cancel the order. The first time they did it I was already at the store and they canceled it as I walked in. The person ignored me completely and gave me dirty looks, however; when a couple of customers walked in they acknowledged them even though I had been standing at the counter where you ordered. When I tried to talk to him to ask why the order had been cancelled I was met with silence and him walking to the back. We haven’t been there since then. Was absolutely shocked and appalled by that. There’s also a big problem with homeless hanging around the building at the entrances.
they only have one employee working & she will make all 20 doordash orders before she orders from any of the other 10 people in line. sat in the same spot in like for about 30 minutes.

This is the second time I encounter an African American gentleman specifically working on the early morning of Sunday March 16th 2025 circa 2:00 AM!
The “gentleman” was rude and unprofessional! He did not care to address or acknowledge any customers arriving or exiting the premise!
When addressed about the status of the order he erupted at me in a very viscous manner!
This is the second encounter I had with the same employee and I do NOT think he is worthy of wearing the SUBWAY JERSEY!
Management or owners please have a word with him ASAP he drives the Grey Ford!
I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE IF HE IS NOT REMOVED!
Employees have an attitude. Can’t even greet customers properly.
Thank you so much for not including cheese, veggies mayo, etc on my $20 sandwich through DoorDash. I was tired after a 12 hour shift on my feet. While I was putting the missing ingredients on my sandwich a kitten got under my foot and I broke my toe. Out of work now for a couple weeks. I have the receipt, you guys can't just make a sandwich right cuz a delivery or what?
Our sandwiches tastes off and all I’m gonna say is if you want to be cleaned out you should eat here

Mark is holding it down the best he can. A worker shouldnt be in there by themselves on a Friday night when you have a 24 hour establishment. Friday is payday and this guy was slammed but he still remained calm and composes and the artist made our sandwiches to perfection. Thank you again Mark I hope you have a better rest of your night!
The subway was rlly dirty and I wasn’t even greeted. I had placed an order for pickup and they were being super snappy and rude at me. While they were talking rudely about a customer they had gotten earlier that day. I got home and opened my sandwiches and both had almost ZERO sauce. Which I mention on the online order to have extra of and put it in the notes as well. And tasted like chemicals. Please be weary of ordering here.
this store actually has really great staff that try their best.
franchise owner: HIRE MORE STAFF. I understand you’re a business owner and your bottom line is important to you. However, this store is drastically understaffed. It’s not fair to your staff or your customers. Several times I have missed my lunch break while trying to grab a sandwich because you have one person in the entire restaurant handling DOZENS of online orders as well as walk in customers. I will not be visiting or ordering from this location. It is ridiculous to stand in line for 30 mins to receive a sandwich that takes less than 1min to assemble.
Came last week. Asked the lady to remove the onions I didn't want on the sandwich she rolled her eyes. Came back this week. Different lady noticed she didn't toast my sandwich asked her to toast it she said the toaster is down for cleaning (which is fine but it's the attitude that came with it) She pointed at a small sign at the door. One would think if you ordered a sandwich that says it's toasted they would give you a verbal heads up. Food is good place looked clean. But they have piss poor attitude. I wont be back that's for sure. Those lady's shouldn't be working in customer service. If I wasent so hungry I would have just talked out and said nevermind.

DoorDash doesn’t allow preferences on your sandwich so it says to call, they literally answer and Hangup on you. I contacted DoorDash and they also hung up DoorDash. Very rude!! Sometimes you gotta do your job that you clocked in for guys!
