Danielle is absolutely amazing, She was extremely professional with so many orders and people that she was helping and she was completely alone. Which if i'm honest it really upset me. But I was grateful for her and her attitude.She handled it very well.

Ordered through app employee called said they were out of the item I wanted I don’t want any other sandwich I would like a refund. Employee became very argumentative and started talking down to me. Asked for corporate # he wouldn’t provide one or managers #. Spoke with manager next day she has no clue of what went on. The level of service and professionalism is very poor. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. UPDATE!!!! Was told to call back in a half hour. It’s been close to 3hrs and no one is picking up the phone. So I not only didn’t get my food I didn’t even get a refund bad business This store has prove to be dishonest and does not care about customers or service. Would not recommend this store to anyone
I’m not sure if the employee was fighting with their spouse or just broke up with someone, but they were incredibly rude and had no manners. I don’t understand why such an impolite employee was hired. The person working around 11:40 AM on Friday, February 14, 2025, should definitely be fired, for the sake of the owner.
There are a lot of homeless people around this location, so I didn’t get off the car and chose curbside pickup instead. A male employee came out, didn’t say a word, just shook his head, handed me the sandwich, and walked away. What did I do wrong? I regret the tip I left. This is by far the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had.

Went to order some food and the young Worker was outside smoking a cigarette. He seen me and came in. Instead of him washing his hands he started making my food. I won't be back 😩

Subway is still one of the healthiest fast food franchises there are. The sandwich artist’s that work here at the 84th street Tacoma store are fast, accurate and very personable. I highly recommend this store.
