Sandwich artisan didn't pay attention to my order.

Ordered through app employee called said they were out of the item I wanted I don’t want any other sandwich I would like a refund. Employee became very argumentative and started talking down to me. Asked for corporate # he wouldn’t provide one or managers #. Spoke with manager next day she has no clue of what went on. The level of service and professionalism is very poor. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. UPDATE!!!! Was told to call back in a half hour. It’s been close to 3hrs and no one is picking up the phone. So I not only didn’t get my food I didn’t even get a refund bad business This store has prove to be dishonest and does not care about customers or service. Would not recommend this store to anyone

I’m not sure if the employee was fighting with their spouse or just broke up with someone, but they were incredibly rude and had no manners. I don’t understand why such an impolite employee was hired. The person working around 11:40 AM on Friday, February 14, 2025, should definitely be fired, for the sake of the owner.
There are a lot of homeless people around this location, so I didn’t get off the car and chose curbside pickup instead. A male employee came out, didn’t say a word, just shook his head, handed me the sandwich, and walked away. What did I do wrong? I regret the tip I left. This is by far the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had.

Went to order some food and the young Worker was outside smoking a cigarette. He seen me and came in. Instead of him washing his hands he started making my food. I won't be back 😩

Subway is still one of the healthiest fast food franchises there are. The sandwich artist’s that work here at the 84th street Tacoma store are fast, accurate and very personable. I highly recommend this store.

This subway on hosmer and 84th was nice but the meatballs were not cooked through all the way and the cookies were hard. Probably won't ever go back to this subway.

8-4-24, early morning, I ordered a meatball sandwhich and when I brought it home to eat after working the night shift. The bread was stale, the onion smell rot and the meatball and sauce taste like it was left out for days. The sandwhich was disgusting. I felt like I ate a sandwhich left out for a couple of days. And this sub alone cost me 11$. Quality is significantly less while the prices go up!
Ordered delivery and both of my sandwiches had mold on the bread. Called to tell them. They didn’t seem othered and started taking another customers order while on the phone with me.

They don't accept coupons. Apparently their scanner doesn't work. Manager told me coupons won't be accepted at any subways location. So I go to the subway down the street and it worked just fine.

I order a 6inch combo online. The representative gave me my sandwich and I went to go grab my chip and I was going ask him for my drink, he told me he had to look at my receipt, Even though the receipt was on my bag and he could see it. Also there was black particles in my sports. Please make sure you are checking your food and your drink. Subway you need to also check your drink machine and cups. That’s very unsanitary.

This Subway is the Best Subway i have ever seen in my life .I just moved here from los Angeles and went there to try a veggie sub . It was really good experience for me and my friends, both the workers were really good and professional in their jobs . I would like to recommend this sub shop to everyone.
