Put the wrong cheese on two of our sandwiches. Didn't make one of the sandwiches correctly (missing meat on the Subway Club). Asked for and paid for double meat but didn't get it. Overall, quality and quantity has declined over the last year. Staff was friendly and polite.

This place always has stale ass bread. Like I picked it up and it started crumbling, hard and I didn’t even order it toasted. The stale is insane. Workers were very polite and helpful.

Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.

Parking: They're doing construction on the adjacent street so it's a small hassle to get here currently. But, I'm sure that will be resolved soon.

I’m sorry to say, but this was a horrible experience. My husband walked in the front door, immediately the lady at the counter just said, “sorry, I’m closed.” We did an online order prior 20 minutes before hand and arrived to be greeted like that.Reluctantly, she helped us and the gentlemen after who did an online order as well and was spoken the same greeting. She was finishing up an order for a family ahead of us, I believe she was by herself.Starting on my order a simple Buffalo chicken salad bowl with double protein… there was no chicken, at all. Looking into the order more, she did it wrong. The one thing she did right that she did read, was the jalepano that I wanted to be included.I’m sorry if she had a stressful day, but this was truly a bad experience.
