I wanted a dipper, monster and to use the restroom I was denied use of the restroom because I didn’t buy a sub but they had no problem taking my money felt like Jim Crow all over again I’ll never come back and will tell many people of my experience

Before ordering, I informed that I have a coupon. After making my sandwich, and getting ready to pay, I presented my coupon and then I was informed they don’t accept Any Subway Coupons. I informed before ordering and there are no signs that say they don’t accept Subway Coupons. I feel like they gave me no choice but to pay full price. I could’ve been an a** and walked out, but I didn’t. I paid the full price but felt hustled.

The food was much better and in the display case this time then it was last time a lot of the vegetables look wilted and old however on this visit it was fresh looking and my sandwich was excellente.

She made our sandwich, Turkey Cali Club, with no meat on it. Asked her to remake the sandwich and said no mustard but yes to mayo. She put mustard on our sandwich and not mayo. Terrible experience. Shouldn't leave one person on their own to do everything.
Amazing staff. If you make a big order, I suggest bring your own back because their paperback will break with only a sandwich and drink inside.

The large pallet of boxes in the seating area was a bit off-putting. At first glance I thought they were closed. Also, $3.30 is way too much for a bottle of water.

The server was extremely rude. My fiancé ordered a sub for pick up. When I came in to pick it up, I threw a way an empty plastic bowl. The server started staring at me and yelled no trash, I said this is trash so I’m throwing it away. Then she proceed with yelling at me saying no trash. I told her it was a small trash and I’m just throwing it away. She then stared at me and asked what I need. I told her I’m here for pick up and then she proceed with yelling at me saying what the name. Remind you there is no one in the restaurant and no orders but mine. I told her it might show my fiancé name and about to show her my order. She said over there. She then continues to say no outside trash only for subway customers. I paid for the sub so then I am a subway customer so I should be able to throw away a small piece of trash. The manager came out and just stared at me like I’m the person at fault. The sub had literally no meat when I ordered a footlong of a special sub
