The first red flag was that this particular Subway was out of the bread I wanted and then went with my second choice. I had a coupon for a foot long meal for $10.99. After my order was complete....found out that this location doesn't except coupons. I've been at another Subway and had no problems using this particular coupon......I was told next time to mention that I had a coupon. As a customer, it should be the responsibility of the business to post notices to inform customers that Subway coupons are not accepted at this particular location. I ended up walking out......... without the meal.

Unprofessional customer service. Worker has no manner to the customer, they treated customer with aggressive way. Subway should need to take an action about this worker! i do not have experience about unprofessional attitude to any subway store except this subway at walmart subway store tacoma WA.
Workers should be always professional even though they have a bad day. Especially this job is about customer service.

dude i dont know his name but i think mark is black and rude to deaf people. and even gave me a cold sandwich. thats just awful!!! this afternoon 12:00/january 9 2025 i dont recommend going there he treats everyone degradingly.

Was in this subway for about a minute before the employee came from the back and was cussing he never greeted me and my child (whatever) but then just asked what we wanted in a rude manner, I told his specifically I only wanted bacon on 1 sandwich (breakfast time) and he still put eggs which I politely told him that I asked for only bacon, which I said it’s ok you can just take the eggs off and he just got pissed and threw the sandwich towards the wall (I’m assuming the trash was there) and he has such a bad attitude the whole interaction. Will definitely not be ordering here again.
