Food was okay.. lady at the counter was unprofessional, touching all over her phone while making our sandwiches, and was just all around unprofessional.

The sandwiches were great, but the service was even better. There are some really sweet people working here, including the manager.

Did not wash hands after touching their hat or face. Could not figure out how to rap a sandwich. Was extremely rude when told that I wanted to use two payment methods. Not up to subway standards. Store needs to be retrained.

Very poor customer service. The cashier's are always in the back on their cell phones. They ignore the bell when you push it. You have go yell for them.

Just went here 10/26/23 at 2p.m I made a statement about not being able to see the words on the board.. The 2 workers didn't even offer to help me. In fact the one that was taking my order blew off what I was saying. Then when it came to taking my order I asked for all green veggies and the second worker said that I had to many toppings for my sandwich for onions.. Never have I ever been told that i cant have a topping that I want. I wasn't being greedy I literally asked for green veggies and onions that's it. My opinion is that if you're going to hire young workers watch the way they interact with customers.. These young girls demeanor was very unpleasant and unwelcoming..

As i waited in line, customer ahead of me was letting the worker know what she wanted on her sandwich. The worker was extremly rude expecially when the lady asked her nicely to use the unopened container of lettuce cuz the open one seemed bad. This really set the worker off and refused to use fresher lettuce. The worker then told the customer she could just go somewhere else. The lady then asked for manager which there was none, customer refused sandwich and left store. As the worker was making my sandwich another customer complained about their sandwich that was already made (no meat) so then the cashier and worker started arguing with that customer that she should of ordered the two sandwiches differently. The customer argued back stating she did order it right. Totally unnecessary conversation with customer, when all the customer wanted was meat on it! This took worker away from making my sandwich to help her and then the cashier started helping customers behind me. By the time my sandwich was finally made my toasted bread was hard.!!! Why was there not a manager on site? It wasnt even busy. While I sat there a other customer came in and was treated rudely as well. By the way workers you work for subway...as a custoner, its our choice how our sandwich is made, right? Maybe instead of us leaving someone needs to hire a new crew.

This is SUBWAY, is it not? Yet they told me after I waited in line for 15 minutes that they do not take the SUBWAY COUPONS. Huh... If that's the case, change your name. Stop impersonating a SUBWAY DELI if you're not honoring your coupons. Better yet, why don't you put up a large, easy-to-read sign above the menu that says "WE DO NOT ACCEPT SUBWAY COUPONS" so a fellow can at least have a clue? Geesh!

Was greeted very professionally by the gentleman up front. Great sense of communication and humor, all while keeping his job rolling. Great dude! Made me feel very welcomed in this environment. At one point I thought he was the boss from his ecstatic he was to be here. Definitely has “boss-level” enthusiasm. Keep it going kaleil

The staff was friendly, but there were too many people involved with my sandwich. For some odd reason bacon was put on the chicken sandwich and I was charged $2 extra. It would have been no big deal if the bacon had been crispy, but it was barely cooked. I ended up throwing it out. A wasted extra charge I didn't ask for with my sandwich. The other sandwich was Italian cold cuts and was fine.

This is a great Subway! Everything was really clean. Raymond has lots of fun energy, and Kaliel made me the best sandwich I've ever eaten!

Ordered a sandwich and the guy just started making a footlong (not that hungry) and he didn't even ask the normal questions they always ask. Seemed half there. I paid for it, didn't want the hassle at the moment, but it is common courtesy to communicate with customers and not to assume.

The employees at this store are lazy, unprofessional, and rude. I sit their about every day and i can tell you they hate their jobs by the way they treat customers. They don't care if you hear their rude remarks bc they just want you in and out of that store. Employees wear slippers to work like it's their house, this is a restaurant that they represent and dressing professionally is one of them. Their also very slow at making sandwiches. I don't recommend anyone to eat here or even sit here to take a break.

How can you send out a delivery order without the actual sandwich fixings and only include toppings? I'm baffled by how terribly you guys can make sandwiches. I've worked at a Subway before, it's not that hard.
