The owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves making anyone work in the place with NO AC. The difference in temperature from outside was at least 40°hotter. Cesar was assumed and never let it show how miserable he has to be with the heat. The customers that came in behind me and my husband made a comment also and then left due to the heat inside. He has to use the oven all day long for bread and cookies and toasting sandwiches. The health deptment should for sure check it out. It is NOT SAFE for anyone to work with a oven in that type of heat. Last week was 98 in tacoma did the owners really make people work like that. NOT OK AT ALL. If the owners read this this is something that can make it a unsafe work environment and they can get unemployment for that reason alone. Should care about the people that work for you and make you all the money instead of the bottom dollar. Again service was outstanding the heat for the inside not at all safe for customers or for sure staff.

I went in just a little after 830 this evening. The shop is new and looks great! Very clean and very friendly service! I was surprised and put off to see the employee was working alone, talk about short staffed. I live just a couple blocks from here and can attest that this is a scary neighborhood especially in the dark hours. It’s the owners moral duty and responsibility to provide a safe environment for their employees; that includes staffing at least two people for safety. The owner should take accountability and be on site during the evening hours if providing two staff members isn’t possible. I hope they start to care more. The sandwich was great.

Place is looking great! They are updating the look and doing a good job. My issue is the flavor of the sandwich, it honestly tastes like what a newly remodeled building smells like. Not sure what the issue is, but every bite has that new drywall taste and it's just something I can't get past. Maybe try this place once they are done with the remodel, because this is was not acceptable.

They overcharged me they ring up the wrong sandwiches, and the bread was all stale and from the day before. When I called to complain, the lady answered the phone and very rudely states I’ll complaint are done online so their customer service is also horrible. Would not recommend to go here. They can’t get anything right

Stale bread, skimps on ingredients, takes forever to get DoorDash (like 40 minutes past the estimated delivery time). One of the worst run subways around here. Get it together!

Sandwich making counter was not clean, pretzel was overcooked/hard and had a funny taste and service sucked. Tension between the employees was very obvious. May start going to a different store if it happens again.
This place has a high turnover rate because it's my home subway. However the place is clean and employees are friendly.
Parking: There's only about 6 places to park. They share the lot with 3 other businesses. Not to mention there's a 24 hour fitness and that's where most of the cars come from.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking right in front.
Horrible place ran by a ridiculous woman. Wouldn’t give out a check without a shirt retuned uniform that I offered to pay for.. after mentioning it was illegal they gave me the check…… they also let people who are on drugs and do drugs at work, work there. Honestly I wouldn’t trust the food there either… there are broken surfaces that make it look not nice. They also allow people who steal from them still work there ! Like very unprofessional in multiple ways. Already working on reporting them to the headquarters of subway about the owner. Cannot believe they’re still in business. Yikes ! The other picture provided shows how dirty it is in the back as well. It’s 85 degrees in there because the ac broke its dirty and flies and nats around there.

I originally was going for pizza next door but they decided they didn’t want to make pizza 15 min before they closed so went to Subway where Summer provided top notch customer service and after Little Caesar’s totally disappointed. Great job, Summer!!

I'm usually pretty satisfied with my food from here, but it seems as though the scoop of chicken keeps getting smaller and smaller! When I said something to the gal making my sandwich that a quarter of the bread had NO meat on it, she tried moving the meat around to cover the bare spots! I had several bites with absolutely no chicken on it, and I even had tried moving the meat to cover the whole thing, but was not possible with that small amount! Come to this Subway if you're on a diet! Very disappointing!

Great customer service from a very nice employee who was obviously overwhelmed working alone, our wait was long but so was the line of people, the area is not very safe after dark, u would think there would be more employees for safety reasons,
