Yes, I order door dash because I work in a place where I cannot leave for lunch. Subway is my go to. Unfortunately, this shop on 38th next to 24hr fitness is one of the WORST subways I have ever ordered from. I order roast beef, I get a toasted ham. I call and ask for it to be remade so I can get what I actually paid for, and I'm told that won't happen because "our manager ain't like that". Disappointing that even our fast-food establishments in Tacoma are as trashy as the literal streets.

I had forgotten my recent coupons for 3 sandwiches for $20. I asked if they had any there that I could use...and she said no. So I ended up having to pay full price for the three sandwiches. It was WAY TO EXPENSIVE. I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and for some on the side...didn't get either. My husband has the meatball...and it was dry. My son has turkey...it was ok. Only he was only able to eat half of it because per usual there was a homeless young man outside of the store. Using the window as a way to see himself while brushing his hair. When I went in to get a few napkins...as we didn't get even one with our food. I said hello to the guy and he said hello back. He didn't as for anything. Didn't try to get money from me. He was very pleasant. And I was worried he might be hungry. So my son gave him half of his lunch. And I was very proud of him. Oh...and the restaurant area was full of remodeling supplies making it awkward to eat there. We are in the car instead.Vegetarian options: There is one veggie sandwich offered.

Just another case of poor customer service (surprise).. employee face down didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I ended up going to next door to the Teriyaki restaurant, surprisingly, a human was there to help. If don’t need a job, then don’t show up, but if you do, at least try your best.

See the open Signs on so pull up at 11:30 at night and they are not open, employe wave me away and I tell them they should turn off the open Signs if they are not open and it was declined. Literally would have kept on driving if they were not advertising that they are open.

Harmon was incompetent in didn't listen to a word I said during my entire order he just did what he wants I told him to dot or to put a little Sriracha hot sauce and he drenched my whole entire sub with it I almost made him start over but I don't have time for his incompetency. On top of that he was laughing about the whole experience like it was some type of joke he's lucky I didn't reach across the counter and slap him in his stupid face.
Tried to go there last week and they were put of bread. Went this week and they didn't have meatballs and they couldn't take cards just cash . Tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill and they couldn't take it even though my total was 51 bucks. No chips in the lobby. I'm not going back . Jersey Mike's from now on .

It's Subway.. Building is need of major repairs.. came in recently and the ceiling was literally sagging and water pouring down, and they were still open! Crazy, and employees are still there, no managers.. in those dangerous conditions.. but what do I know? The young lady named mackenzie was so nice and helpful!
