The new chicken strip wrap was absolutely horrible. The worst I've ever had. The chicken was rock hard, the strip was 1/4th the size of the tortilla. Clearly this is not an item they should be selling.

This Taco Bell just gave me horrible food poisoning. I went through the drive thru and ate around 7:30-8pm and by 2am I was running to the bathroom. It’s the only thing I ate anywhere near the time frame for food poisoning to set in.
The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is cause the customer service was good and I’ve eaten here once or twice before and didn’t have a problem.
Just want people to be aware…

Honestly the best Taco Bell I’ve been to! Their customer service is top notch and they’re so helpful and kind. They even made me a custom tostada! My fave corporate mistakenly took away 😂 Plus the team was just so nice and friendly, I really like these guys!!

I love Taco Bell. I eat here once every week or two. I always go thru the drive thru (because I have my dog with me). I don't eat meat, but the beans, cheese, nacho sauce and hot sauce are delicious 😋

Cantina salad bowl is not served in a bowl but a small shallow platter. While the food was fine, the amount was very small for $10.97. Guacamole was the size and thickness of a half dollar! Meal was only worth maybe $5 tops based on what was there. I'll drive to Qudoba next time.

I sadly had the Worst experience Ever ..... I SHARTED MY PANTS I WALKED IN WITH WHITE PANTS THEN I CAME OUT BROWNNN... (I DONT RECOMMEND THE DIABLO SAUCE !)
So the large nacho fry that I got was cold and not fresh. I called and talked to the manager they said they would replace the order. They no longer have the item on the menu and they refused to give me a refund they want to give me a coupon for more of their terrible food. No thanks

Every time I go, they mess up my order. No chill. They rush you while ordering. So I went through the drive-through a second time because my order was wrong (this has happened on multiple occasions) They asked me to come inside so they can fix their mistake while rushing me, I tell them no I can't and the workers get hostile as if them asking wasn't really a question but a demand. Mind you, no one is in line at the drive-through, so them rushing me seems odd. If anything, I could understand them asking me to pull forward and bring the order to my window, but it feels like a power trip. I go through the drive-through for a reason. I have an injury to my leg and can't walk well. Horrible service. Very passive-aggressive. Very hostile workers.

Greeter was good and welcoming but when I was ordering my food the lady before me was asking one of the lady cooks to warm up some of there food they brought from somewhere els and she did it right before she warmed up my Mexican pizza. Not sure if that’s health code compliant but pretty sure you’re not supposed to do that, and my pizza was not very warm at all so pretty disappointed in what I saw and the warmth of my food.
