So the large nacho fry that I got was cold and not fresh. I called and talked to the manager they said they would replace the order. They no longer have the item on the menu and they refused to give me a refund they want to give me a coupon for more of their terrible food. No thanks

Every time I go, they mess up my order. No chill. They rush you while ordering. So I went through the drive-through a second time because my order was wrong (this has happened on multiple occasions) They asked me to come inside so they can fix their mistake while rushing me, I tell them no I can't and the workers get hostile as if them asking wasn't really a question but a demand. Mind you, no one is in line at the drive-through, so them rushing me seems odd. If anything, I could understand them asking me to pull forward and bring the order to my window, but it feels like a power trip. I go through the drive-through for a reason. I have an injury to my leg and can't walk well. Horrible service. Very passive-aggressive. Very hostile workers.

Greeter was good and welcoming but when I was ordering my food the lady before me was asking one of the lady cooks to warm up some of there food they brought from somewhere els and she did it right before she warmed up my Mexican pizza. Not sure if that’s health code compliant but pretty sure you’re not supposed to do that, and my pizza was not very warm at all so pretty disappointed in what I saw and the warmth of my food.

This is by far the best Taco Bell location I've ever been to. I've been there dozens of times and they have never once gotten anything in my order incorrect. Their assembly team is solid.

This location asks way too many questions for add-ons as if there are multiple options for the item and then up charge you for said options you choose. If I want something changed with my item, I’ll tell you! You don’t need to ask me 21 questions!!
The app would not down load the reward portion and the cashier was unable to help. She said it seems to be a problem with a lot of people.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I received from this fast food establishment. The crew members' lack of competence was apparent when they stated that they were out of beef, offering only chicken as an alternative. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed an additional charge of $2.40 for the chicken, which was not clearly indicated by any visible signage. When I contacted the establishment to address this issue, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the male and female crew members. The female crew member's behavior was particularly egregious, as she used derogatory language and terminated the call. I demanded to know the staff member's name, but the male crew member refused to provide it. I have also contacted another location in University Place to report this incident, and I was told that it was not acceptable and invited to visit them on Friday.
The workers here are very attentive and welcoming.

Staff is nice, food is as expected.
