Don’t come here if you need more than 4 seconds to look at the menu. These people are rude and will cut you off mid sentence. Your drive through times are NOT more important than your customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has disabilities as they will rush you and not give you even a second to speak. It is always day shift women that work here that are rude. I never have this issue if I come while night staff is here or if a man is serving me.
Repeatedly asked what I wanted to order when I said I need a second. Food wasn’t even grilled and my Baja dream freeze wasn’t even mixed, the cream was at the bottom. And it’s suspicious that they already had my order ready at the window while they’re all loudly gossiping about drama not even paying any attention to the customer. Just handing the food with no communication besides them yelling about inappropriate dram to each other. Food shouldn’t be rushed like that. No wonder why drive thru seems to never be busy. Hopefully management reflects on these reviews and train their employees to be better at making food and better at customer service .

Be aware!! The drive thru worker sets you up to buy these extras without telling you it’s an added cost. “Classic or spicy?” “Sour cream and extra meat?” They charge extra for jalapeños if you say yes. They literally set you up to up-charge your final cost.
I also had a coupon from corporate Taco Bell, and they said they didn’t accept them. I showed it to them and they discounted it after she had to get her manager to look at it.
The Taco Bell on 6th does not do this. Go there instead.

I used to love taco bell and 5 years ago i gave them 5 stars here but now because of my last few experiences, I never want to go back...at least to this location. I'm not sure what the guys name is but he's tall and has dark hair and is so rude! I called him out the first time and told him to stop talking over me as I was trying to order cause they definitely got my order wrong and ihad to drive back. The next time I felt extremely rushed to get out of the line and last night, as soon as i pulled up to the window this girl opened the window and he basically ambushed her and said, "come on! Cash em out!" Hes clearly the manager and should not be! I told the girl that she was doing great! And I continued on my way. My 17 year old son even noticed how rude the guy was. Something needs to change because this tall brown haired guy is making taco bell lose customers and honestly he made me feel like i should not even exist.. I'm absolutely disgusted with his behavior. I've worked in food service for years and in management. He would be fired quick if I was there!

No cheese, and it was put together like a mess. I couldn't eat it without a fork.
Pictures show it wasn't the expectation. This being my lunch break, I would expect much better, as there was no one in line infront or behind me. It was a rush to make it, and let me leave.
Not the first time I've been disappointed. Minimum wage workers request higher pay, but give terrible results.
Won't be back.

The fact the girl kept asking me if I needed help when I initially told her I needed a 2nd to look at the menu and then proceeds to keep asking me. Then I get my food it's cold. Chalupas hard and they don't normally grill the tortilla for the soft taco, well they did that dad and that too was hard. I thought it'd be a better restaurant being in that area but no. Rude children rushing you and serving lukewarm food at best. I'll stick to 6th ave

The tall brown haired guy working the delivery window (who I assume was asst mgr) at 5:00 on 1/26 was super rude. Firstly, when I landed at the drive thru I wanted to see what else they had besides my normal routine order. Within 20 seconds a lady asked if she could help and I say "just a minute please". Literally within another 20 seconds she asks if I need help again. I say "no" I am just browsing. 30 seconds later a guy asks if he can help and again I say no. I seriously wasn't taking that long! I told me just give me a sec to look and concentrate and that there were no cars behind me and he said "it doesn't matter". The order process is timed. Look, if your owner is stating a person can't take a minute to browse the menu without being pressured like that, that's SO wrong! I get wanting the process to be efficient but not to the point of being super impatient and bossy. When I asked 2 questions the guy gave the answer and added "like I said, mam" which was rude and passive aggressive. I saw him chuckling with the door teller as I drove up. Apparently he found it amusing. I found it super rude. No one should be rushed to the point where they can't spend a minute (seriously!, just a minute...I timed it) to browse the menu. Calm down and stop being rude. Especially when there are 0 card behind me! Apparently reading the reviews a lot of people complained about this and apparently the owner gives 0 care since the staff are still doing it.

The bad reviews don’t lie. My boyfriend and I came through the drive through last Night around 8:30 and the girl with the septum ring not only completely rushed us but got our order wrong and wanted to charge us almost $40. When we told her our order wasn’t what we had said we wanted she then told us in order to change it, we had to drive back through the drive-through, even though nobody was there and flat out, refused to change our order to what we had said we wanted and proceeded to tell us with a rude and snarky attitude. “well I’m timed.” I don’t care if you’re tired and as a restaurant supervisor, I would never allow anyone. I work with to talk to customers that way I absolutely will drive across town if I want Taco Bell from now on this is a consistent problem at this location.
Guy with the the neck tats likes to cook while constantly being on his phone with out changing gloves, very unsanitary, don’t eat here they don’t care

Pull into drive thru, tell them we have two orders
"We can't do two orders in the same car"
Whatever we'll just go around again for second order
Order some nacho fries pull up for our food
"Sorry we don't have nacho fries you want something else?"
Really?
"Well we can make some more but you'll have to wait 3 minutes and come into the lobby"
Why? While point of going drive thru is not to go onto the lobby, well when we say that we were going through again and if we could get them the second go around they magically get our fries
Cool.
Second go around and before we even say anything
"Just letting you know we are completely out of the fries"
They just told us we could wait
We ask if we could wait for them since the second order wanted some and they say we can wait 10 minutes in the parking lot
10? You just said 3 a bit ago, but fine we order the chicken nuggets combo
"We can't do that because we don't have fries"
And we are done
Leave
Go to another taco bell
They let us do two orders
They even give us a drink for free after telling then how bad the other taco bell is

This location rushes you through the drive thru, doesn’t give you a chance to look at the menu. As soon as you pull up and ask them to give you a minute, the girl maybe gives you 10 seconds and asked if you are ready and then continues to ask you if they can help you with questions over and over. No! I just want 1 minute to look at the menu. This is the second time this has happened and the second time I got my food home and the order was wrong. I don’t think they even know how to make the items on their own menu. The Taco Bell on 6th isn’t perfect but they don’t rush you and get your order right.

Absolutely the rudest employee I have ever encountered. While the man was verbally berating me I noticed the coworkers stared at the floor, not wanting to make eye contact with anyone. Stupid me, I had asked for the restroom to be unlocked. This created a verbal barrage that went on for about five minutes.
Was rushed through the drive through and food was terribly cold . The picture is of both quesadillas and the young girl at the window was rude as could be. Been understanding that new young kids are learning but they need a leader that will teach the young 16-17 year old girl to not have a terrible attitude. She refused to give me a receipt and said that they were on a timer to get everything out to the customer when I asked for an extra quesadilla the same as my other two. I am literally shocked at how poor the place has gone downhill . My order was cold and the quesadillas were done wrong .

Pearl street Westgate store.
you handed me a bag of severely soggy tacos and a smashed together burrito
I got all the way home to find this out
Drove back and had it re made took them 30 seconds to hand me the food was quite quick then I got home and the soft tacos were rock hard… the “SOFT” tortilla was flaky and difficult to chew and the innards tasted sour.. and bland..
the burrito was alright though
I mean it’s Taco Bell but come on.. still that was my dinner tonight and yall threw it in my bag like a ball of wet anger
It’s okay to take more than 30 seconds to make peoples food, don’t rush
get it prepared right the first time customer retention is a good thing
