If you want to eat food that tastes like it was dropped on the cafeteria floor, and spoken to like you are 5 years old, this Taco Bell is the perfect establishment for you! Went here tonight and the food was stale and greasy, which the worker replied was because “we only fry food once a day”. Overall the customer service is horrific, you will be yelled at for taking “too long” to order, then presented with a dog food quality level of a meal… Do not give them business, they need to be shut down.

Location wise not the best. Ywt they are rarely super busy. Just be mindful of the walkers abnd transients..... night is a bit more dangerous. Super fast service regardless. Wish they had the nacho fries still.

I went to this location for the first time during breakfast hours so I didn't know the menu. The Hispanic lady working here with a nose piercing was kind enough to read/explain the breakfast menu for me even though I ended up not getting from the breakfast menu. Most fast food places get irritated or annoyed when u take too long. Excellent customer service!

Ok where do I start? Hm well, one, these people are never patient or polite, every time I say something that I want they’re INSTANTLY like “anything else?” like they’re rushing me. Two, stop. Asking me. If I want. Double meat. Or sour cream. Jesus, it’s after every single thing, and even when I try to say “I’m not going to want that for anything” they still ask me it anyways and it’s so annoying. Whoever is drilling that into these workers, stop. It’s not working nor is it helpful. If I want that I’ll say it myself, and just screw the people who complain that they didn’t get that if they didn’t even ask for it. Don’t add those questions to the routine guys, come on. Three, y’all need to pack things better, and also just read orders better, because at least one thing is wrong every time, and when I order nacho fries they are always already spilled out into the bag when I receive it. Please do better.

At 9:10 pm on October 10 2025 I went thru the drive thru every 45 sec the lady asked can I help you even after I told her one min. I need a min to look at the menu. She continued to ask is there anything I can help you find. I said no can you water a min. She said you don't have to yell at you can come to the window. After looking over the menu I went to the window. No one was coming to the window. Finally someone comes I ask to speak to the manager a man comes to the window says are manger doesn't speak English I translate for her. I told him how rude she was rushing and gave me no time to look at the menu. They apologize and offered to give my food for free. I can pay for my food. The point was her customer service sucks.

I didn’t know but not all taco bells are the same prices. Different owners charge different . If you order online it’s cheaper is what they said at the drive thru . Also if they ask if you want extra sour cream or whatever in your crunch wrap say no unless you want to be charged . They should at least inform you

Went here to order food and the store manager princess (Asian chick) was extremely rude and she kept cutting me off with an attitude telling me (you good) when I asked her if she had an attitude when trying to order and refused to allow me to make a change to my order I pulled up to the window to ask for a distract manager or general manager and she refused to give me the information she is extremely rude and seems to not know how to treat paying customers I went to another location and they were extremely sympathetic and offered to give the regional manager my information do not go here if “princess” is working you will leave irritated
Update was able to get in contact with princess’s higher up and they handled my complaint professionally and effectively I think she was just having a rough night but because of the way my complaint was handled I will rate them 3 stars instead of one thank you guys!!

AWFUL customer service. My friend even had to leave because they were rushing her today. There is constant attitude at the window and inside. No customer service whatsoever. They are extremely rude, go to chipotle down the street.
