I handed the guy two 20 Dollar bills He gave me $.50 back for a $25 meal went in. There asked if they could look at the cameras turns out the guy was the general manager and wouldn’t look at the cameras Paid $40 for $25 meal got robbed out of $15 . Very rude And Cocky Will never eat there or order from there ever again plan on reporting him to upper management

Came here on July 18th. It was like a Nascar pit stop. I've never seen a team work as fast as that one. Food was great too. I've seen Taco Bells take forever to half make an order with missing stuff and wrong items. However this location I've been to twice and had a great experience both times. Very efficient. Would definitely recommend this location.

Never come to this location if time is nessecary to you, it took over 20 minutes to make 2 chalupas and 1 crunchwrap and that was after they rushed me to take my order in the drivethru when NOBODY WAS EVEN IN LINE WITH ME THE ENTIRE TIME Monkey boy 🐒 is to blame

Burrito is half the size of normal took them over half an hour to make the food. We were the only ones there. The burrito was only 4 inches long smaller than a regular taco normally, they’re twice that size.

Food was cold and the orange juice was bad taste like menthol. Was a horrible experience. I like the chicken chalupas and I think I never going to back at any taco bell. I expend $32.00 for 4 chalupas. Plus they was taking only cash. No cards

It's crazy how poorly this particular location treats doordasher vs the one on 6th. Pouring rain? Nope gotta get out and come into the lobby for you order. Lobby closed, no one in drive through, no other orders? Nope gotta get out and come inside. Homeless dude in the parking lot waving a sign around screaming at people? Nope, gotta get out and come in to pick up your order. And the orders always take forever even if its small lol. The thing is, I live half a mile away from this location and USED to be a regular customer. You are alienating your literal customer base by treating doordashers this way. I'll drive across town to 6th, thanks. They're actually kind to the delivery people over there.

I come here a couple times a week to get food for myself and coworkers. During the week they are quick and make my orders correctly. However, every time I order on Saturdays, they mess up my order. Today they didn't follow my customizations, handed me the wrong size drink at first, left out my Avocado sauce packet for my $8 burrito, and completely left out one of my burritos. They often don't label customized items so it leads to confusion if two people order the same thing w/ diff ingredients. Y'all need to slow down and do better.
