We recently had a family dinner there for our son's 16th birthday. We ate in and the remodel inside fit our large family and the staff were so sweet and flexible with our large family meeting up there. (we were like 20 ppl)
The staff were kind to the littles and so gracious, very welcoming.

Dogs don't belong restaurant and the staff INCLUDING MANAGER IR LEAD in duty shouldn't be playing hugging and kissing them while on job.. highly unhealthy and unhygienic.and service dogs are just they're for.none else
Kid-friendliness: The person with dog and manager ignored any food or restaurant rules

Everytime I go to this location, they always forget items in my order. We stopped going here for almost a year and would only go to the location by AutoZone in Lakewood. But today, we figured we would give them a shot. 4 items, the forgot 4 items. We counted before leaving the parking lot. We drove around, my husband went in and told them, they tried to insist them gave us 2 of the items, they gave us 3 of the items, my husband got frustrated and came out to the car. I went back in, calmly asked for them to make it right either give us what we paid for or a refund for it all...they gave us the last burrito and apologized. Won't be back for sure. That was confirmed why we stay away.

SECOND TIME BACK TO BACK GOT THE WRONG FOOD AND THE PART THAT WAS RIGHT WAS ALL MESSED UP AS WELL. JUST SIMPLE AS NO ONIONS THEY ARE IN SUCH A HURRY WHEN NOBODY WAS WAITING TO GET YOUR FOOD ID RATHER WAIT A MINUTE AND HAVE IT DONT RIGHT. 0-2 LAST TWO TRIPS ALL MESSED UP WILL NEVER TRY AGAIN. LOOK ELSEWHERE THEY DONT LISTEN WHATSOEVER WASTED $30. BEING ALLERGIC TO ONIONS AND ITS PEPPERED WITH THEM VERY DISCOURAGING.

I did not like the fact that I could not go inside an order at the counter with a real person. I had to order online or the machines to place your order on. I am older. This is difficult for me and I think I should be able to talk to a real person so I got in my car. Went through the drive-thru and didn't have any problem. The speaker talks to you LOL
O M G!? Abby, Darin, and Karina are amazing. I muggled my order and sent it 2 the wrong place. But I pop in here and AFTER I already called the other store and was told I would have 2 call customer service. THEY told me they would call and get mine not only cancel mine, but they would remake the order 2. SO I DIDNT HAVE 2 REORDER AND SEND THE MONEY AGAIN!? their top notch and this is the definition of GREAT customer service!? Thank you guys so much!?

Every time I go to this specific Taco Bell they always mess up my order. I ordered two Chalupa’s with no tomatoes. The receipt says no tomatoes both still had tomatoes and it always seems like they’re in a lot of rush, which is why I think they messed up the orders a lot just don’t go there.

11/7/24 - I just want to say the staff here are amazing! Part of my order for delivery was missed and the manager was so quick to fix it and get it resent to me. Love love love this location!! They take care of their customers and treat them like family! Cannot recommend them enough.
