Hello. I want to write about the people who work here on the second shift (a man and a woman). Their behavior towards people is absolutely terrible. I complained about them, but it had no effect. Their management probably enjoys it when their workers humiliate their customers and treat other people's work with disdain. People never do this in America. I'm shocked. How can they not be ashamed?Terrible service. If the boss doesn't take action, I will describe their behavior in detail and complain to the appropriate authorities. Once again: I asked them to be more polite, but they continued to discriminate against me. There was another incident today. They mocked me.

I came through the drive through on 9/18/25. The cashier who's name is Christina S. Was very rude. I felt rushed when ordering them when I got to the window and had asked if I could remove something from my order and replace it with something else she said I would have to come all the way through drive through again. She got my order complety wrong so I'm glad I ended up wanting to remove something from my order. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong with what I had ordered. She lacked any type of customer service skills!

This taco bell has always been kinda hit or miss but after the renovation it's been terrible. Clearly the workers are rushed too hard because they always seem to charge me for double meat but never give it to me, rush me through my order, and basically bombard you with the food and card so you're left fumbling in front of other cars to take off. Also this was supposed to be a beef chalupa with extra beef there's about a half pound of lettuce and like 3 little pieces of chicken.

I honestly don’t know what kind of people they’re hiring. Went through the drive-thru on 8/28/25 and the person taking our order was rude. We asked her to repeat the order because there was a mistake, and instead of correcting it, she just cut us off and didn’t fix anything. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Doing a remodel on the store been there twice but it will turn out to be a good place for a quick bite
Road trip stop. Normally I have bad luck picking new Taco Bells on road trips but this one impressed me. Ordered online then picked up in drive thru. Very polite and friendly. Order was accurate.

I went through the drive-through and they charged me for something that I didn’t order and I tried to tell them to take it off and they charge my card anyways and when I called the manager, couldn’t remember her name because she said she had just gotten in there and didn’t know what my order was and was very rude on the phone would not recommend Going to the store ever. They all seemed high and couldn’t do there jobs.
