I honestly don’t know what kind of people they’re hiring. Went through the drive-thru on 8/28/25 and the person taking our order was rude. We asked her to repeat the order because there was a mistake, and instead of correcting it, she just cut us off and didn’t fix anything. Completely unacceptable behavior.

I went through the drive-through and they charged me for something that I didn’t order and I tried to tell them to take it off and they charge my card anyways and when I called the manager, couldn’t remember her name because she said she had just gotten in there and didn’t know what my order was and was very rude on the phone would not recommend Going to the store ever. They all seemed high and couldn’t do there jobs.

It's clean the food [I have had the number 4 10 and 2] js good. It's fast. Kinda expensive but for what you get It's not to bad

I came to this taco bell around 9pm, and one of the cook employees for the night crew was a young lady. She was very impolite and plain disrespectful in regards to making our food. She had yelled at me and my husband. The lady at the window serving our food was very nice in which we appreciated. Never coming back again.

Reminds me what fast food used to be like.
The food is way cheaper, higher quality, is made fresh faster, and the interior is nicer than other locations.
I just got a beefy 5-layer from the frive through and it was made fresh so fast I got the food before they gave me my debit card back. The sour cream was still cold and everything else was still hot.
10/10 I'm going back for another one to show my appreciation.
