It’s hit and miss here. I usually get the regular or vegetarian nachos. Sometimes the skimp on the beans and pico. Other times it’s stacked. Not very consistent, but it’s cheap.

My wife ordered the #4 two chicken tacos with Mexi tots / fries. When we get the food home her Tacos were completely soggy and just fell apart as she picked them up.

Pretty consistent good food. We have had food issues on rare occasion but they have always taken care of us. Service matters and they are always friendly and willing to fix mistakes. We eat in the lobby occasionally and it's always clean and the counter service is great.

Came threw the drive-through this evening and had a wonderful experience. Food was super hot tastes amazing and customer service was phenomenal I dealt with the cashier a gentleman named Mr. Thomas. His customer service was outstanding, and his positivity was inspiring to Mr. Thomas. Wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back to this location more frequently.

This place has gone downhill so fast. Today was the final straw. Ordered my normal with no tomatoes as I always do. 3rd time this week I got tomatoes. I'm allergic to them. Food went in garbage. There was just a 2 fingered tiny pinch of cheese on my tostado salad. I said no tomatoes not no cheese. Then their misers when you ask for any type of dressing. Asked for 2 big ones. Received 1 & a small. I wish I knew how to post pictures of the joke meal I bought today. Plus their WAY to expensive for what you get. Is cheese like gold or something? Anyways this TACO TIME has become the worst 1 I've eatin at. Obviously they either don't listen or try to get away with being cheap. I thought Taco Bell was bad. Your catching up to them!!
