I go here often during the week for lunch. It's never super busy inside and the staff are always kind and helpful. The food is always hot and fresh. High quality local ingredients. I go for the chicken natural soft taco or crispy beef burrito.
Upon arrival, there was no one at the counter to take our order, which was quite frustrating. After waiting for a while, we decided to order online using their app and then ate inside the restaurant. While the convenience of online ordering was a plus, it was disappointing not to have in-person service available.
The food itself was a letdown, especially the rice, which was either old or not cooked all the way. It lacked the quality we expected and detracted...
