I love the staff! The Grit City Wings are my favorite!
Had a great time at Dynamic Banter and the Surrounded show. Very nice staff.
Listening to Ben Brainard was hilarious!!
I've never been to the Tacoma Comedy club on 6th Ave before, I've always gone to downtown Tacoma. It was a fun night out, the staff was very nice, food and drinks were good. Thank you for a good night.
The performer was great, and the drinks were as well. The only downside is the food is only ok.
I love it! A nice intimate space to see comedy. Dre is an awesome bartender.
I like the new location, it is a little more intimate. The server was very good and the comedian we saw was excellent.
We didn't try the food, but the drinks were solid.
It was an enjoyable evening. Very clean, good food (the back row needs better sound.)
Solid venue. Good food. Friendly people. My one complaint: the sound was off. The headliner was low and hard to hear, so a lot of the jokes couldn't land. Does a sound guy check volume and EQ for each set? If they just turned down the bass, increased mids a bit and highs a good bit, and bumped gain by 10%, we could have heard him perfectly. So please fire the sound guy. A small child could have made a performance we paid $25 to see actually listenable and not lost in muddy lows.
I suggest sticking with drinks, the food wasn't good. The service was very slow. Our server never came to check on us while we were eating and we had to sit around after the show and wait for our check which caused us to be unable to talk to the comedians or buy merch.
Not handicap accessible.
I called ahead since I use a mobility device. They assured me they would be able to accommodate me. They took my information and said they'd be ready for my group when we arrived. However the space is very small and crowded and there was no place for my mobility device, we were partially blocking the exit which caused us to have to constantly shift and move every time someone came past. It was uncomfortable and distracting.
The good:
The comedians were great and the ticket prices were very reasonable.

Great experience during open mic night. Great food and clean place. The chairs are the worst and everyone in my group wanted to leave early due pain after sitting for 1 1/2
Had a great time with friends.
Comedy Club off 6 in proctor have some of the funniest people in the world. Also I want to give a shout out to Bo Blast! One of the funniest hosts in the world. People need to check it out, get your money's worth!!
The club is nice, cool bar, friendly staff, butterscotch drinks?! Jason Ellis and Taylor Clark were hilarious.
It's not their fault that parking hard to find. If only people knew how to park too.
Great place. It's worth checking it out.
