I've never been to the Tacoma Comedy club on 6th Ave before, I've always gone to downtown Tacoma. It was a fun night out, the staff was very nice, food and drinks were good. Thank you for a good night.
I like the new location, it is a little more intimate. The server was very good and the comedian we saw was excellent.

Solid venue. Good food. Friendly people. My one complaint: the sound was off. The headliner was low and hard to hear, so a lot of the jokes couldn't land. Does a sound guy check volume and EQ for each set? If they just turned down the bass, increased mids a bit and highs a good bit, and bumped gain by 10%, we could have heard him perfectly. So please fire the sound guy. A small child could have made a performance we paid $25 to see actually listenable and not lost in muddy...
