Summary: they tried to make me take the wrong order and argued with me until i finallylly showed them my receipt. Then they didnt apologize for beingg wrong and argue with me first. Also the order was 40 minutes late.
I am here at this restaurant now on Saturday night, 2/15. My husband ordered it at 6:50, and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I came in at 7:08.
They gave me the wrong order when I gave them my name Stephanie.
They showed me an order with name “Stefani E” I told them it wasn’t correct but they argued with me and tried to make me take it anyways, and suggested it was door dashes fault.
They did nothing to try to make it right.
I refused to accept this service. I had my husband email me the receipt, which was actually through their website, NOT door dash.
Finally, the man working the counter looked at my order, then looked back at his screen and said “oh there’s your order” sit down and we will make it.
Both the woman and man at counter didn’t hold themselves accountable. They did not apologize. They tried to act like I was being unreasonable.
I will never order from here again because of how I was treated.
Also, the order was ready at 7:40pm.
40 minutes, not 10 minutes. That in itself deserves a bad review.
Kudos to the cooks! It was good food when we finally got to eat it.

The food was great the service was amazing. It felt like a mix between fast food and a diner; you ordered at the front but they brought the food to you. The prices are reasonable. The food portions were big which is always a plus, more to take home.
Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see anything about wheelchair accessibility directly but it is a one floor restaurant with tables and parking that can be used for accessibility.
One of my favorite Mexican spots in Tacoma! Prices are super reasonable and everyone is very friendly here. They also have a salsa bar to compliment your food!
I always go for their pastor! It’s marinated wel and cooked to perfection. I always leave here feeling bad because I ate way too much but it’s too good to stop!! Also, try their churros or tres leches cake!

Had the worst experience at any restaurant I've ever been to. I tipped 20% both times today. We ate dine in and had an order for take home too. I had forgot to tell the cashier to charge me something they gave me during the first transaction. Was told he was gonna charge me when I place my other order to go. I went back to pay for a $3.00 cup of sauce. That was no problem. They made me feel like I was scamming them. Which was not my intention. I just wished I didn't tip what I tipped them. It wasn't the service I had thought they would deserve for the tip
