Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Everything was lacking seasoning especially salt. Portions were good size, ingredients were fresh, and guy working was nice. Salsas were flavorful but not spicy at all.

Always on point and delicious. What I recommend is the MALIBU PLATE. Once you try that it's gonna make you want to go back for more. I love how this place gives you 4 different salsas, grilled onions, fried peppers, and some potato wedges. It compliments everything well. Definitely go give them a try...it's my GO TO Taco Truck.

Nice people… Great food… Actually amazing food. I had the tacos Al Pastor, and it was well done. There were side dishes and four sauces. I had to wait for the health inspection to be done but it was worth the wait. When I’m in Tacoma again I will definitely be going back!

Delicious tacos al pastor! parking was easy, and truck was clean. service was quick and friendly. We especially liked the smoky sauces and hearty serving of veg - excellent value. Would recommend!
This place is amazing, you need to try their malibu tacos they come w/ side of fried potatoes & onions (one of our favorites) with the char sauce. Asada and pastor burritos as are our go to as well. The workers there are really nice people, always taking our order if we call 10min before they close. Try the intestine tacos well done! Or lengua tacos. Can't go wrong with the combos. I always forget to take a picture, but this doesn't make it justice to the amazing food taste. Este lugar es increíble, debes probar sus tacos malibu, vienen con papas y cebollas fritas (uno de nuestros favoritos) con salsa quemada. Burrito Asada y burritos de pastor también son nuestros favoritos. Los trabajadores son personas muy amables y siempre toman nuestro pedido si llamamos 10 minutos antes de que cierren. ¡Prueba los tacos de intestino bien hechos! O tacos de lengua. No te puedes equivocar con los combos.

So, we finally pulled over at this taco truck we always drive past, and let me tell you, it was like hitting the jackpot. Their Lengua tacos? Unbeatable. Seriously, the best in all of Washington state, no exaggeration. The burrito was a flavor bomb, and their horchata? Pure deliciousness. If you're into tacos (who isn't?), you gotta swing by. It's not just a meal; it's a partyyy for your taste buds. Planning my next trip already!

This may be the best taco truck in the Puget Sound area. Tall order, I know. I have been eating here fairly regularly now for six months. I have stopped going to other nearby taquerias and sit-down Mexican restaurants. First, they offer first-rate service. That’s not always obvious at a truck, but here they pay attention to details. Even the way a meal is handed to you…it’s like there is something extremely special inside, and there is. For the food, they always provide a side of seasoned potatoes, sliced and cooked evenly on both sides. The mains are all done with attention to flavor and presentation. Some of my favorites are the al pastor and the Malibu. I’ve not had the latter anywhere else (I’m sure it exists, but I’ve not seen it). Their burger is a way better smash burger than you can find at any fast food place. Last, I’ll just say that food everywhere is expensive; and yet, somehow, these guys are keeping the rates low without sacrificing the quality. So make sure you tip well! ?Doña Chole is a gem in the South End. It’s now become the only restaurant on Pacific as far as I’m concerned.
