I used to love this place but at some point they started this price gouging...

I saw a special on the menu for 4 tacos and drink for 10.99 with drink . Then I saw if you want fountain it's 1.40 more. Then they charge for the meat.. then they tack on everything else and my total is 18.76??? I want a refund I felt like I got my money stolen I didn't even get anything extra.. then I get to my car and she didn't charge me the right price for the special

i went in today after a long day from work trying to get something to eat and a girl named yalesca took my order, very rude, very unprofessional and with lots of attitude. she’s rushed my order and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there or jus take my order. she got my order wrong and still gave me attitude afterwards. if you guys do not want TERRIBLE costumer service don’t go to the one in pacific

So I came in and this girl name yalesca didn’t welcomed me, she threw the recipe on the counter in front of the face. She gave me a nasty disgusting look and she got my order wrong. But while I was eating my food she kept staring at me and I was going to say something but i calmed out and I felt so uncomfortable bad customer service

I speak both languages but they still dont manage to hear i explained i only wanted one still charge me for two then said they couldnt do anything about it. Service is terrible when they finally manage to help it seem inconvenient for them i always tell people not this store and still will.

lol I’m not sure what the deal is. But every time I order delivery from here the food is trash. They forgot chips and salsa. The tacos look like this lol. Like there’s nothing on them. I’ll never eat here again.
