This team has been fantastic to work with. We have working with Taste of the Town Catering for a few events, and every time they have taken great care of us with easy communication, timely updates, and most importantly, DELICIOUS FOOD! They are one of our regular groups to work with for our business events. Top notch!

This is my second time using Tast of the Town. They are professional, kind, accommodating and much more! Their food is always hot and takes great! I highly recommend you using them for any catering needs!

In all honesty, I don't get food catered too often. Though when I do, it's for corporate training, or office meals for the staff. That's to say that I have some experience in ordering, but certainly not for an event like we recently had.

We recently attended my sons wedding and I offered to assist with the food for the venue. By the time we stepped in, we were a little short on notice for many places.

I have to say that when I first called, Chef Jimmy was very easy to deal with. He was extremely patient with my unending list of questions, I had ideas that I thought were a good idea and he gave me feed back based on his years of experience, of what worked best for him in the past. He wasn't opposed to my ideas, but wanted me to make the best informed decision possible.

In the end of ordering, I was very happy with the selection. He worked with my desire to keep the meat separated from the noodles to work with those with specific dietary needs.

His quote was very well laid out, so I knew exactly what I was getting. He had a timeline, so I knew exactly when it was happening. Not only that, but with his years of experience, he had already worked with our venue before, so they already knew what they were getting into, and how to set it up with as little issue as possible. They even talked with the venue on their own to make sure all the legalities were covered.

The food was laid out perfectly. The dishes and cutlery were very nice. The food was fantastic! We had the Pasta Buffet. The garlic bread was fresh, soft and perfectly seasoned. The Salad was fresh. The flavor of everything was simply amazing. Everyone came to me later and had nothing but rave reviews about the food.

Toward the end, they had two servers that came around and bussed the tables for their plates and silverware. They washed up everything they supplied.

Extremely friendly, very professional, very patient for the uninitiated. The pricing was very fair... considering we were paying for 140 people. Part of me wished I had more events in the area so I could use them again.

Food was fees, clean, and very tasty. Will continue to use Jimmy and his crew for future events. Easy to work with.

Where do I start…from my first interactions with Chef Jimmy, who made the food selections easy and safe (one severely allergic to tree nuts). The food was presented beautifully and easily accessible in a large crowd! Mr. Bernard and Kameron were able to find me and check on things throughout the night. Of course, the food was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Chef jimmy was very professional to work with. We were able to accommodate with in the budget even with mixing and matching things. He was also nice enough to help us find ways to reduce cost while maintaining service.

Chef Jimmy and Tyler were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Tyler really took the time to go into detail about every step of the process. He even made some recommendations for our wedding outside a normal scope of catering. These guys are extremely honest and uphold integrity in their business. I would absolutely recommend this catering company to anyone I know. Thank you so much for everything you guys did for us.

I attended my nieces wedding 3/30/25 and she used this incredible catering company! The food and servers were exceptional! The food was a fiesta buffet that was so good, and prepared with care. All the trimmings were fresh and tasty. The servers were friendly and so nice. They all went above & beyond for my niece, her hubby and guests. Highly recommended this fabulous service!

Tyler and Jimmy were exceptional in helping us with our menus for the wedding. They even made adjustments along the way as we changed the cuisine with ease. Tyler was responsive and friendly and available when I had questions. Their work is beautiful and will definitely be hiring again in the future.

Chef Jimmy, Mr. Bernard and team did an amazing job. Food was delicious and presentation was beautiful.
They were so respectful and understanding of our culture and traditions with our event, and worked with us to incorporate all these with their presentation.

Everything about working with Taste of the Town Catering for my wedding was fantastic. I currently live in Romania so it was great to have help from an experienced, professional, and friendly catering service, which made organizing everything for a wedding in Tacoma from the other side of the planet much easier. The food was delicious the staff was friendly and helpful and the owners were very accommodating helping me set up the menu and making recommendations that not only helped personalize the wedding but also saved me money. Can't recommend enough.

Taste of the Town catered a family memorial for us. Not only was the food delicous and beautiful, but the staff were warm and professional - serving and working with a tone that was respectul of the event.

Fantastic food and service! Ricardo and Andrew brought and set up food right on time for our 40 guests. They were very professional and paid attention to even the smallest details. The food presentation was beautiful. They carved and served the prime rib, picked up all dishes as our guests finished and left my kitchen spotless, all while we hardly knew they were there. As a result we were all free to enjoy our event with NO STRESS. Will definitely call them for any future events. Thank you!

I hired this company for catering for a memorial...OMG, there's not enough stars to rate how wonderful they are...the food...not only did the display look beautiful, it tasted incredible...I had sandwiches, sweedish meatballs, chicken wings, fruit platter, veggie platter, and a wonderful pasta salad...juice, coffee, etc...everything was delicious...the food..YUM! DELICIOUS!! then the deserts...oh wow!! Incredible variety of cakes.AWESOMELY delicious!! ..I wish I would have taken pics of everything...Ricardo and Bernard were wonderful...I was so busy with everything else going on, they set up everything, put everything together with the food and drinks, and even went around taking care of clearing any empty plates and tearing down and cleaning the kitchen, food, etc...I just don't have enough words to say how incredible they are...if you're looking for an incredible cater, you don't need to look any farther than this wonderful company...you will never be sorry...incredible food, incredible people....I highly recommend them!! You won't go wrong!!
