Looking for some German Beer (Bier), Schnitzel, and Bratwurst in Tacoma? Then head over to Berliner Beerhall on Pacific Ave near the Tacoma Dome. They did a great job of replicating the beerhalls you'd find in Germany with long communal tables and a lively environment. I really liked the Jäger Schnitzel, a breaded pork schnitzel with mushroom gravy, served with spätzle and red cabbage. So good.

Wonderful experience all night long. Enjoyed Santa's presence as the band played German songs. People were dancing and having fun.Food and service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

So disappointed. We have never been rushed in and out of a restaurant like this ever. It started at the waitress taking our orders,she was so rushed she walked away without taking my husband's order. We got our starters and not 2mins later our main came, the table was over flowing with plates, so uncomfortable and not an enjoyable experience at all. To top it all off the place is surrounded by people begging for money. First and last time for us.

Can't believe i didn't know about this sooner. Possible one of the best tap options downtown. Sports bar meets true German beerhall. Much larger on the inside which I didn't expect. TVs, wifi and good food.

Truly a hidden gem. They have a HUGE space with sports and wifi. Lots of food and beer options. After living in Tacoma a few years, I can confidently say this is one of the nicer bars in town. Great service and food options. More of this please!
