Honestly, I actually wasn't that impressed. It's overpriced and not the best quality. The cheesecake tastes like it was previously frozen, the dairy was granulated and slightly curdled which is indicative of something that was frozen or not stored properly. And the bread was definitely not fresh. In fact, the French bread tasted like it was microwaved to warm it up because it became hard rather rapidly as it cooled. The food is overly generic and I went away rather disappointed. The restaurant leans heavily on a dim-lit atmosphere to make it feel impressive but it's definitely not winning when it came to its food. I heard mixed reviews about this restaurant and my overall opinion is a definite pass. Poor quality, overpriced, and definitely in need of improvement. Oh, and the wait times are ridiculous to get a seat, so that also definitely didn't help. The servers though were at least helpful and polite.
Sunday was the first time I've been in here. I was greeted into a very clean restaurant. Nice calm environment with soft music. We seated for two by the bar. Our server was extremely nice. So nice we tipped 20$. But the food was a 1 star for me because I hot my food and it tasted great but it tasted like it was cooked in butter or a seed oil and was heavy and wet . The next day my husband and I both had very bad upset stomachs. We would come in only for day drinking and cheese cake but not to eat there.
6 people ordered and not a one of us liked our food it was bland an unappetizing we spent $260 + to leave disappointed
No wonder they only have an okay safety rating...
Eh it was just okay service was not the best food was decent except the kids salmon the corn tastes like dirt and the salmon was very bland. Also pricey for what you get. The artichoke dip appetizer was good as well as the pineapple upside down cheesecake very good! That's why I have given it 4 out of 5 stars. The music was also very loud.

We had dinner there last night, got seated immediately and our waitress, Tammy, was wonderful. We really appreciated her friendly service. Thank you for a really nice dining experience. We will definitely be back.
I ordered Togo a burger which was great! And the Buffalo chicken wings. The wings weren't all that Buffalo at all they could of been better. 7 out of 10.

The taste and ingredients of the food have been maintained very well, but the cheesecake pieces are much smaller than before.

Food was average at it’s best. Ordered grilled ribeye and it was perfectly cooked. Well done! I like the mashed potatoes on the side. Service was great! Awesome, We’ll definitely coming back soon!

Angel Thomas was our server and was absolutely fantastic. I've been in customer service my whole career and most of that as a high up manager so I recognize when someone stands out. Angel is a valuable asset to the Cheesecake Factory.

Last night’s visit to The Cheesecake Factory at the Tacoma Mall was nothing short of spectacular disappointment. We had to wait nearly an hour to be seated, despite several empty and cleaned (and unclean) tables visible throughout the restaurant. It turns out the concierge didn't write our phone number correctly, further delaying our seating.
Once seated, we encountered several issues. The floor was greasy, filthy, and a slipping hazard—I'm genuinely surprised they haven't been fined or shut down by OSHA. The bathroom was equally unacceptable, with no paper towels and no sanitary way to open the door other than touching the filthy handle.
I ordered grilled salmon from the Skinny Menu, but it was a disaster. It was burnt on both sides, completely dry, and inedible. The green beans on the side were undercooked and cold. (See attached photo.) I had to ask the waiter to take it back and cancel my order. Additionally, I requested unsalted French fries, but was served salted fries instead. Out of the three of us, only one person found their meal satisfactory.
Overall, this experience was terrible. It's hard to believe they are still allowed to operate in this manner.
I definitely won't be returning to this location.

Food is just ok for the price, service has always been good, but I feel like the CF
could be a lot better if they shrank their menu and actually tried to be good at making something instead of just doing everything.
Also why the furk is it so dark in here all the time?
Photo unrelated, just thought y'all would rather see a corgi in a hoodie.
