Absolutely disappointing experience.
My family and I placed an order from this restaurant tonight through Uber Eats, spending over $125. Unfortunately, they completely forgot my youngest son's entire meal. When I called to let them know, I was met with zero empathy, no apology, just a cold, “Uber will take care of it.” No accountability. No effort to make it right.
This wasn't just a simple mistake, it was the total lack of care that really got to me. My son sat there watching everyone else eat because his food was forgotten, and they couldn’t be bothered to even pretend to care.
To top it off, the food we did receive was mediocre at best. Not worth the price. Not worth the attitude. And certainly not worth the frustration.
Between the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and subpar food, I can confidently say we’ll never order from here again. If you value your money and your family's experience, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Great place. All of the servers are well trained and makes sure that the customer has an awesome experience. The quesadilla is my go-to at happy hour. One server stands out to me. That would be Tiffany. Very professional and attentive to the needs of the customer. If you catch her on a day shift when it is not as busy as night time, she's also an awesome conversationalist with a wonderful personality.

Food was decent, but drinks were watered down. Pretty shady bartenders, she said one price and then I gave her my card for one drink. I get the bill & it was $5 cheaper than what she said it was when she thought i was paying cash... then it took about 30 min to get my card back because she didn't bring it with the bill. The puyallup location is great but this one is all around weird.

Ordered food through Uber and the food was burnt, missing all of the extra sauces that come with the meals, soup was cold even though the driver made it to us in a very quick time space, and overall overpriced for the disappointing quality received. First time trying and will not be back.
Fried and under seasoned. Avoid mixed drinks. Spelling matches the quality.

The worst experience and quality I've experienced. It was a delivery order. It took over 2 hours till the delivery even started! Then the food was cold, and overcooked, and tasted terrible. What an absolute joke! I will never order from them again.
