The quality is getting pretty inconsistent, it is kind of expensive for what you are getting.

This place used to be okay but the standard has dropped drastically. The service is bad and nearly non-existent, and the food is worse. The Pad See Ew is so salty it is inedible. Basil Seafood is watery and has weird plastic taste.

Given that they charge almost 30-50% more than other Thai restaurants in the area, we have high expectation, unfortunately this is one of the worst meals I have had in a long time.

Have eaten at all the Indo-owned eateries in Tacoma. This one was a huge disappointment. Drunken Noodles was so salty and saturated with sauce it wasn't eatable. It also didn't look very appealing. I told the staff person who apologized and offered to redo the order, which we declined. The Coconut Shrimp were deep-fried and fairly greasy, not light and delicate. My friend said he had pineapple fried rice with a group earlier and the pineapple was stringy and not very good. Of course, I did not experience that directly but this is a trusted source for me. Very disappointed.

Called & ordered Pad Thai for pickup. The lady said it would be 25-30 min. I come in to pick it up & was not even acknowledged until 15-20 min later. I wait a total of 50 minutes for my pad thai and the lady told me they are just now starting to cook it after 50 minutes goes by?? I had told her I waited almost an hour for my food and she didn’t really say much and took my card to pay. I get my food & my Pad Thai is hard, dry and just tasteless. Seems like they rushed it or maybe that’s just how it is. First time here and not coming back.

The food was amazing. We had a party of 10 for a birthday and they put us in the room with the fireplace which is awesome. It was nice and private and we felt like we could all talk without overpowering other guests around us. However, the room was really cold, the fireplace was not on and there was no music to set a mood. Maybe if we had been in the main dining area that atmosphere might've felt a little bit more warm and cozy. That was the first time any of us has been there. We all agreed that we would go back and try again, because the food was so delicious!
