I ordered for a door dash pickup. When they arrived, the food was cold. They asked for the food to be remade. The employees said no. The dasher did not deliver the cold food. I have tried to contact this location via phone and someone from a call center in Missouri tells me I can't be transferred to talk to a manager. I was told the only way to talk to a manager is to drive to the store and talk in person. Wow. I'm never ordering food from this company ever again. In what world does a business not have a direct phone number?!

Came by for lunch. Burgers were ok. We tried the Char burger with cheese. The grilled onions were quite good. We ordered 2, and they did not appear the same. The fries were nothing amazing and tasted a bit like old oil.
