I had one glass of kombucha, and I didn't see prices posted anywhere, and then I was shocked to look at my credit card statement and see a pending charge of $25!!! For one glass of kombucha! No way! I couldn't believe my eyes! I sent them an email saying I want a partial refund, I would have never bought a drink there had I known how much they charge!!! If I don't get my refund I'll make a lot of noise! I consider this extortion, because they hide prices.I also really hated that self service bracelet thing.

This is really cool! When you arrive you check in at the counter and get your bracelet. Then you serve your own drinks! This means you can sample as many as you like and you don't have to commit to a drink you're unsure of. The indecisive person's dream come true! The staff were friendly and were kind in answering questions. You can sit on chairs around a coffee table or there is a table that has swings for chairs. Fun but can be hard to sit on for a long time. Next time I'm in Tacoma I want to come back here!

Nice atmosphere and location. Very comfy... This was my first time to a self-service draft room like this... I know they're popular, but I always preferred having a bartender pour my beer... Self-serve is a good concept, but really buggy... When you enter, you provide your payment card. For me, I was paying for three of us... so my one payment card was attached to three people drinking. This is important to remember because the place keeps track of how much you drink so they don't overserve... so three people drinking are considered ONE since one account is being tracked... The system stops the pour of the beer you select when you've reached your limit. Three people drinking means we reached the ONE person limit pretty fast... Sounds like a first world problem, but I was drinking root beer... The system wouldn't let me get any since it thought I was downing multiple beers as well... I had to have the attendant reset the account three times... It's best if you attach a different payment card to each person. Then, when you're ready to leave, pay all three accounts with one card (if you're buying for friends)... I sure hope they find a better way.

It has. A SWINGSET! And a patio fire pit. And games (10 but... was hilarious!). They also frequently have some kind of maker's market happening. Vibe is super chill, plenty of good tap options. It's a U-pour, you exchange cc for a bracelet and the bracelet unlocks the tap. There's an automatic limit so you can't overdo things but if you're good to go and just been there awhile the staff will reset your limit (happened when friends were late and I was early). Bathrooms are super clean. Head's up they don't really sell food BUT it's right above Camp Colvos so you can order a pizza and then run downstairs and bring it back up OR there's often a food truck in front of Incline about a half block down OR you can get something to go from 7Seas a block up. What makes this place awesome is the space.

I cannot say enough about this place! We were in the area and decided to stop in and check it out. They have swings! And dogs! And there's no waiting for drinks when you pour your own. Definitely found a new happy place.

What a fabulous idea! Frequently I want to try everything, and this is the first place I've experienced where I can literally help myself to just that. Great super chill vibe tucked away - so glad I randomly stopped in to find out what's what.The hibiscus lime cider is yummy :)

This place is incredible and deserves so much love!-the gentleman working (I think one of the owners) was very informative, kind, and attentive. -the selection of beers is HUGE and they also had a great number of wines and nonalcoholic beverages. i love that it is self serve. no need to wait in a line and we can get as much or as little as we want. just cash out at the end!-vibbessssss. the atmosphere is trendy but comfortable and welcoming. i can definitely come and enjoy either a work day or a night out. -dog friendly! i can't go anywhere without my dog because i am obsessed with her so finding this place with great alcohol is a plus in my book. the owner was also very very nice to my sweet girl. -parking is easy and free as well! we will definitely be coming back when we visit Tacoma again.

Kinda futuristic taproom with digital pour machines. It has a good open space and a cool integrated outdoor area with cozy seating. I came here because the Taproom was the venue for a Big Brothers Big Sisters mixer event. They supported a good cause so that's awesome and everyone should go here! I don't drink alcohol but the one soda on digital tap was exactly what my first choice for a premium soda flavor would be. Go on check it out.

We have been many times. Excellent staff and ownership. Great location and concept. Couldn't ask for anything better. Wish they had food but then our dog couldn't come there with us. Food trucks? A dinner a week with different caterers and pairings of one of their many curated beverages? Always a great experience.
