I have to start this review about our server, Shelby, who went wayyyy above and beyond. I have food allergies and she was back and forth to the kitchen a million times helping me find something safe to eat.She comped part of our meal because of the kitchen.Service was fast, and over the top wonderful.The food was just OK. My husband said his tacos were good, but mine was meh. Something was intolerably hot, and the proportions of ingredients in the taco salad were wierd. I took a few bites, took it home and tossed it. The nachos were OK. Really overcooked and the toppings came on the side. We wouldn't go again, because it's pricey and the food wasn't that great, but the service was exceptional. Thank you Shelby!

This place has really fallen off as of late. The staff is rude and the drinks are awful. Such a shame we have come here for years and not sure what is going on. Not sure if it is under new management but the hostess are disrespectful and the drinks which we normal love, seem to be making us sick. I had 2 drinks last time in and was sick for 2 hrs after. Shame to see such a beautiful location fall so far. There are plenty of other places to go where your $ is appreciated and the food/ drink don’t make you sick.

Great margaritas, food, service and atmosphere. No kids under 21 allowed because it's considered a bar... We watched them turn away quite a few parties with kids.Parking: You have to be lucky to find a spot on the street or find a lot.

Good was soo spicy and without warning. Great service.
Great atmosphere and food. Nachos were enormous and layered perfectly. Our hostess Bailey was fun with excellent service and a great sense of humor. She recommended certain beverages that were delicious and satisfying. Will be back.

Our server was the best, funnest most delightful server we have had in quite a while! I asked her name and promptly forgot but she had dark hair with short bangs, a few tattoos. We always enjoy Matador but I wanted to specifically draw attention to this young lady for keeping hospitality alive and fun! Thank you!
