The Old Spaghetti Factory closed in Tukwila so when we moved to Gig Harbor, I was happy to find this Old Spaghetti Factory in Tacoma. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the experience were all as good as I remembered. Over the years, I think I have been to 10 Old Spaghetti Factory restaurants in different cities and the experience is consistently good.

I've been to this old spaghetti factory before and the service before was amazing same with the portion size, but this time around the service was bad we had to get up 3 times to find our server to ask him for more stuff or where our food is at, and the portion size was small I got the managers special and there were barely any noodles, hopefully the management can work on this.

Our server was great! The Mizithra and meat balls were delicious.
Warm and inviting atmosphere. It's a very cozy place! The prices weren't exorbitant or outrageous. My son and his wife hosted their wedding rehearsal dinner in the banquet room and the staff was exceptional. The food was fantastically flavorful and it came in a large portion.

The only reason I put 1 star is because of the waitress serving us. It was a birthday dinner & this particular waitress was unhappy & impatient. Bad enough we stopped asking for anything halfway through our meal. We’d say thank you. She’d ignored it or just walk away. We asked her a question about a birthday dinner. Very rudely told us I WASNT TRAINED FOR THAT SO I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THAT. No name on her uniform but was serving us at a table on the window. She did say we were only her 2nd table. Tiny young female with tattoos on her arms. When your worried about asking for more bread or butter because your getting the put out look you just wanna eat & get as far away as possible. Us 4 just want to thank her for the worst birthday dinner we’ve ever had. She should not be serving the public. We’re not even sure if she had teeth because she was incapable of smiling. We’ve been going to this restaurant for at least 30 years. Followed it from old location. WE WILL NOT EVER BE BACK!! 1 waitress ruined it in 1 visit. Oh we also did take out constantly. DONE!!
I see below my review they responded but there’s ABSOLUTELY NOTHING you can do to fix a ruined birthday party!! Especially a 50th celebration. Just a generic response. If they really cared my email is attached to my review.

This place is amazing and the servers are always so nice! This is definitely our go to restaurant for affordable, delicious food in a fine dining, family friendly place! Definitely not Olive Garden in the best of ways!
So good I didn’t even stop to take a picture before devouring. I know this plate was scared to see me coming

Recommended dishes: Chicken Marsala
Went during construction but the service was excellent at the bar. The food (chicken parm) was decent but I found it to be under seasoned.

The atmosphere and food was great. The service wasn't as good as it usually is but still was good. This restaurant is nostalgic to our family.
