Spaghetti factory is always a treat! Just be careful parking. Lunch was great but smashed windows on my car was not the rest ending to such a great meal.

No notice of changes for birthday meal I have spent much of my birthday month in and out of the hospital so I wasn't able to use my free meal which normally is good for the whole month of October now they're saying when I go to use it that is only good for 7 days so it is now expired I cannot use it I called and spoke with the manager she says I'm sorry it is whatever the app says I have had this I have had no issues going for the entire month and picking a day previously now that I've been sick and in the hospital they won't honor it and have changed it without notice. Way to go spaghetti factory appreciate the letdown after waiting all month to celebrate with you and enjoy my birthday meal. Not cool and management had every opportunity to explain to me what was going on and just decided too bad for you. So thank you again appreciate your service and your fine dining experience for a long time lifetime customer. What a let down what a let down.

Always a hello and smile when you walk in. Fast service and meals always arrive hot. Great staff and freindly atmosphere, will visit again very soon.

Just what You'd expect from the Spaghetti Factory. Quality food, decent service. The seating is packed in a little tight, and the parking is a bit confusing but all in all a good place to eat.

We've come here every year for my daughters birthday! It's always delicious, great service and an amazing atmosphere. Try to sit in the trolley if possible. Our server was awesome! I can't remember his name but we were here on 10/10 around 730 pm and sat in the trolley. He made sure our drinks were always full and was very knowledgeable on the menu. He made us laugh and made sure we had a great dinner.

Went for dinner last night here and it was probably the best visit I’ve had there yet. I’ve been going here with my family for many years but the service was exceptional for this particular visit. The staff was very friendly which always makes for a great experience. Jesus was our server and he was hands down the best server we’ve ever had. Very attentive, kind and he was funny! It made the experience a 10/10. He made sure our visit was top notch and that we had everything we needed during our visit. The world needs more servers like Jesus who truly has a passion for his job! Great job! The food was also delicious as always.

I’ve been going to SF since the 80s and loved it. It is a waste of time to walk in now that they take reservations. We were told it would be a 45-60 min wait but were still not seated after 1 hr & 15 min. When I checked they said we might get seated after another 30 min but they couldn’t be sure. We gave up and left.

After posting amazing reviews for 6 years over 300 trips. The train they said is off limits for my disabled child's 12 th birthday. the front desk lady was rude and both our kids got off school to come to there favorite place. When asked why it was off limits or when it opens her response was she doesn't want to. Absolutely never will purchase here again. Wow
