We love this place so much we end up eating here almost every morning, every time we’re in Tacoma (even when we’d told ourselves we’d be “sensible” and not eat OUT every morning)… I’m particularly a sucker for the banana Nutella crepe when I’m in a mood for SWEET, and the avocado toast when I’m not. My husband has tried everything from “country bowl” to biscuits & gravy to chicken fried steak, and hasn’t yet found a breakfast that didn’t please him. Fantastic wait-staff! (We understand why the place is so busy—it’s usually hard to find a parking spot in their lot—but we’ve only once had to wait for a table.)

Dutch apple pancake is amazing. Their thick cut bacon is cooked, crispy but not burnt, to perfection. Our server, Jorge, was fantastic (attentative and personable, as was the hostess.
Love this place on 6th. Always our go-to for breakfast. Special shoutout to Jorge B. He is extremely efficient and friendly!

First time coming here after reading the reviews and checking out the prices on the menu provided on Yelp. Come to find out the prices on Yelp were completely different than the menu provided at the restaurant. Each meal was listed on Yelp about $3-$4 cheaper than the prices actually were. It would be nice of the company to update the listing so people have an accurate expectation before sitting down after waiting for a table. Upon arrival, I checked in with the hostess to get placed on the wait-list. She informed us that it would be about a 20 minute wait. After waiting around 30 minutes, I went to check since our text message link to show our wait time had expired, but we weren't called and we were told they were ready for us. Not sure if you have to check on that to get seated or if they just don't call your name because the timer has been expired for at least 10 minutes or so before I checked in. As we were getting seated, our menus were tossed carelessy on the table and my party was completely dismissed. Our server came to get our drink order pretty quickly and we received our drinks. Then it took around 35 minutes until they came back after I asked for them more than once if we could place our food order. Finally after getting our food order, we of course didn't get enough plates since we mentioned we were sharing meals. During our entire meal, we got checked in on once so not really a good experience overall.

This was our first experience here at OPH. Had a great experience from the waitress (Kamryn) to the server and the food was excellent. Great atmosphere and overall experience. Would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for some good breakfast and great service.
This was probably the best breakfast experience I’ve had hands down. The host was very friendly and seated me quickly no awkward standing around. The server Jon was great, very on top of his job and polite. The food was amazing and the general manager Claire even came to our table to check on me and introduce herself. I highly recommend this restaurant I will be back!

Food is awesome. Have room, you get alot. It is worth every penny, which was surprisingly not that much. If you are hungry, go by there and you will get full. Nice big selection to order from.
