It has an interesting sweet take on the normal BLT with a nice little tangy taste. They have some nice root beer too just be aware that the restaurant is a little hidden given how it's located at the bottom of a building.

I used to work across the street and would find every excuse possible to come here. Several times a week I’d get whatever delicious sandwich they were testing up, a chicken melt if I wanted to get nothing done for my day, or fall back on their classic club with some giardiniera.I’ve been away from Tacoma for almost a year and not a week goes by that I’m not thinking about the incredible sandwiches and wonderfully kind people here.Do yourself a favor and eat here.

Outpost may have a rather limited menu, but their sandwiches are made with very high quality ingredients and with attention paid to the art of sammie creation! Service can be a little slow (but always very friendly), but these good things are well worth the wait. The most difficult part is picking which sandwich you want, because they all sound amazing. I personally am a HUGE fan of the chicken melt. Also, many patrons will be excited to learn they have Mexican coke!!

Not fast. Not cheap. Not easy. You will wait up to ten minutes to place an order, and you will wait about ten mins for your sandwich. The music is often too loud and the dining area is spartan.
Top notch sandwiches at the courthouse. Who knew? BLT was super deluxe.

Their sandwiches are absolutely amazing! I'm stuck on their club sandwich; their spread has a hint of lemon in it, which I was hesitant to try at first, but ended up being my favorite now. And their fresh baked cookies are a necessity.They do get very busy, so I'd recommend ordering ahead of time or plan on waiting a bit to order during the lunch rush. But for how busy they were, and only 2 people working, the customer service was still great!
