This place is a 10/10 for me. Great services, great food! I saw a review saying the food was “bland”? And I don’t know where they got that idea because it was far from bland in my opinion. The chicken in my souvlaki was seasoned perfectly. The tzatziki was also excellent. They really treat you like a well loved customer and it’s great to know the staff cares about their job.Kid-friendliness: The owner gave some kids a little treat for free.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO SHAWN AT PALACE KEBAB FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!After another business cancelled a catering order last minute, I reached out to The Palace Kebab and Shawn came to the rescue.I called and informed him how many people were attending a dinner party - he told me to look over the menu and call back. So I did and decided on going the family platter route with some add ons. He asked how many people I was feeding and I told him 10-15, based on what I ordered he thought that was too much food and gave his opinion- - so I went with it.I arrived 30 minutes early and approached the counter and said I know I'm early I'll wait just want you to know I'm here and he let me know he was working on the order. I walk around the building and sit down and he comes over to me saying "I'm sorry to keep you waiting, I wanted to make the order fresh for you." I let him know that there was no rush whatsoever and appreciated him. When the food was ready he let me know he separated all the meats into individual containers (which I appreciated). Then a woman (his wife possibly) double checked the bags to make sure everything was there, she saw a salad was missing and put it in the bag. They also threw in a couple dolma appetizers - above and beyond!They asked if I needed help taking the bags out to the car which was very nice but I was able to manage.Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any pictures of the food but it was ALL DELICIOUS! Our guests loved the meat, rice and especially the dolmas!Overall, I'm glad it didn't work out with the other business because based on the customer service here alone - I'd be back to support but the fact that the food was great makes it all the better.I, 100% will be back SOON and definitely recommend to anyone looking for fresh, high quality, great tasting food with amazing hospitality!

This is a hidden gem. It's in Freighthouse Square, so the atmosphere isn't great, but the food is incredible. Best gyro in Tacoma. Staff is great too.

One of the very few places in Tacoma where the food is worth eating. Service was great, food was AMAZING. I was here before abs it was great then too. I recommend getting it to go though. Seating area is kind of busy, and cold.

Really cute and “ba safa” place serving delicious Persian soul food in a food court setting. The portions are massive and the quality is phenomenal. Will definitely visit again when in Tacoma! (Their playlist and service were pretty amazing as well)

Best kebab place around. Service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is like a market with other food vendors. The owner was very attentive and friendly. It's located inside the Freight house Station.
The atmosphere is Freighthouse Square, love it, like it or not. BUT, the food and service is fantastic. The kabobs are Persian style, and delicious. Next time I'm trying a sauced dish.Parking: Use the parking structure to the west.

It’s a good kebab place, but it doesn’t rise above typical kebab places. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered 2 Kebab plates- one chicken and one lamb/beef. The total was $40 for these 2 dishes Kofta was a bit dry, chicken was tender and tasty. Saffron rice is mostly white rice.
