The Vault is a must hire for all your catering needs in Tacoma. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and we got sooo many compliments on the food. It was super easy to work with them especially when it came to bringing our own alcohol. Sandra told us exactly what we needed to do for rentals, and gave great recommendations for other things we were still needing to lock down. We got so much done the day we did tastings with her guidance. The team also did all the set up and tear down a which was so nice. I’ve heard other catering companies make you deal with the trash or charge extra. That was not the case with The Vault! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Ordered for a work lunch and all my coworkers loved the lunch boxes! All the sandwiches were delicious and the cookies were loved by everyone. They were so prompt and packaged perfectly! I will not hesitate to order again or use them for larger events.

Equipment rental was simple and convenient. Their pricing was competitive and they even boxed up our leftovers to send them home with us and followed up with a complimentary gift! The Vault goes above and beyond what’s required of a wedding caterer. Also, highly recommend the cilantro pesto pork belly and chorizo cornbread mushroom poppers to start!

The catering staff were excellent and very efficient during our wedding. We hired the Vault to cater an event at the Kelley Farm, and they handled all of the table set up, tear down, bartending, and movement of chairs between the ceremony area and the dinner space. The food that we had during the tasting was better prepared than the wedding (buffet style), but we were still satisfied with it.

Fantastic experience with The Vault. They catered lunch for 24 people for two days. Had Huli Huli chicken, Beef Bulgogi, chicken tortellini, and Kahlua Pork. Everything was outstanding. Both days, lunch was delivered on time, hot, and fresh. Set up came with plates, napkins, silverware, and serving utensils. They also brought chafing dishes and sterno! Dessert cookies were delicious. Drivers were helpful and courteous. Sandra was quick to respond to questions about allergies and last minute event time changes.

Sandra and her team of talented kitchen staff went above and beyond for my wife and I’s wedding back in June. The Food tasted even better the day of the wedding then it did at the tasting, even with some last minute tweaks to the menu Sandra made it all possible!Sandra took care of everything from the food, rentals, bartenders and even the Dj. Which was a major stress reliever for my wife and I, like most people “We don’t need a wedding planner…” boy we’re we wrong, it’s a lot harder then you’d think to plan an event for 150+ people especially with constant changing social guidelines!Like most people on their wedding day, you barely have enough time to eat the cake because everything goes by in a flash, this was true for us.. but there were Togo boxes of both the food and dessert left over for us which we did not expect!All our guests were pleased with the menu, no complaints whatsoever, it’s been months and people are still talking about that BBQ menu we had!They also went above and beyond and surprised me with “the groom’s favorites table” which I don’t know who told them all my favorite snacks! I was shocked and excited to see that!We will definitely use the vault again for our next event! Ordered their Thanksgiving dinner. It was only $100 for Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, a full pumpkin pie, rolls and butter with FREE delivery! The food was delivered at the promised time and came with easy reheating instructions. My family was very pleased with the quality and quantity of the food. It was listed as serving 4-6 people, I have a family of 6 and we had leftovers of everything!Thank you so much for making our thanksgiving simple and delicious!

We used the vault for our wedding caterer. We gave them a number of 140 people and only 120 people showed up, we ran out of food and they completely forgot a dish we ordered. We also received the wrong chicken, and our Caesar salad had no dressing on it. We were horribly embarrassed and disappointed that some of guests were unable to eat. They “reimbursed” for the missing dish and it was a slap in the face. I do not recommend
