Amazing noodle soup with roast duck, crispy juicy pork belly and red BBQ pork. Fast service. The red BBQ pork was my favorite and by far the best I ever had. The place is family run. The father/chef and daughter/waitress were very kind and happy to talk to us about the food, their restaurant and the culture behind it all. Great place to stop for lunch but make sure you get there before they sell out!

Ordered the bbq combo noodle soup, they refused to put the meats on the side so the supposedly crunchy pork and duck skins are extremely soggy. Besides the initial ruin, the duck is too fatty and the bbq meat too tough. It might be the best in Tacoma but some of the worse bbq meats I’ve ever had. The place is packed tho on a holiday weekend, super loud with oily flooring.

Had some delicious noodles and roasted meats here! The crackly crispy roasted pork was our favorite, the bbq pork was delicious as well, the roasted duck was good as well. We liked the dry noodles (no soup) but the soup seems to be the specialty. The noodles came with bok choy and other veggies and these AWESOME pickled jalapeños and veggies. Each entree came with a clear broth soup that was light and the perfect aperitif. This place used to be cash only but they take cards. There’s a bathroom in the space and lunch was hopping. The ladies urged us to eat our take out right away cuz it’s best that way but it lasted hours till we ate it for dinner and was still delicious.

I recently visited your establishment and placed an order for a 3 meats lunchbox. As the food was already prepared, I anticipated a prompt transaction. However, I was concerned when two customers who arrived after me were served and completed their transactions before I was able to pay. Subsequently, two additional customers approached the counter and were assisted while I continued to wait, despite having my credit card ready for payment and food ready to go.
I would like to suggest that your establishment implement a system to ensure that customers are served in the order in which they arrive. This would not only improve customer satisfaction but also streamline the checkout process.
Additionally, I noticed that some customers disregarded the queuing system and attempted to bypass others in line. This behavior is not only disruptive but also unfair to those who have been waiting patiently. I believe it is important to address this issue and encourage customers to respect the queuing system.
