Finding single origin pourover was a beautiful surprise and such a rare treat! I was AMAZED at the quality of this coffee shop and it's very possibly the best coffee I've had in all of western Washington. Plus the service was amazing and everyone is so kind and friendly. Very impressed with this place and will definitely be back.

I’ve been in Tacoma for almost a month and have tried many local coffee spots—including Bluebeard—but this place stands out above the rest. Hands down, it’s the most unique and interesting coffee I’ve had so far.
I ordered a latte with oat milk, and the flavor was unlike anything I’ve tasted before. It had a complex, layered structure with a smooth, nutty finish—the kind that lingers just long enough to make you pause and appreciate it. The final note of that nutty aftertaste was deeply satisfying.
One thing to note: they don’t offer any pastries. But honestly, I see that as a sign of confidence. This is a coffee shop that clearly knows its strength and doesn’t rely on baked goods to bring people in. The coffee is the main event—and it more than delivers.

So I decided to pop in and try this place on a whim. I never get mocha coffee anymore but had a hankering for one. Best mocha I’ve ever had. Not too sweet, perfect cocoa amount! I wonder even if they make the syrup homemade. It was sooo good and I think about this specific mocha often! Good coffee ratio and quality!!!
